I learned that I will never go to a doctor with the initials MD only DO if they have the MD they don't want you to take any HERBS. Where a DO will even help you figure out what HERBS will help your condition
They are saying take the herbs a DO (or a functional medicine or holistic practitioner recommends). I was shocked at how much info on natural healing was out there that my docs had never ever recommended to me. Now I work with my body using herbs and balancing hormones before resorting to drugs that work against my body to mask a problem and cause another.
I thought that about DO's also but they are not necessarily natural doctors at all. I just went to one expecting a more natural dr and she was NOT AT ALL. DLG, what are your thoughts on buying an organic wheat berry and milling your own into flour? It literally has ALL the “real” nutrients (unlike store bought flour with synthetic), it has all the fiber as well. It’s almost the perfect food…it’s only missing A, D and C (I think those were the ones). Also, the Bible speaks of bread quite often and Jesus is referred to as the “bread” of life.
The bread of those days doesn't bear much relationship to the brands of today. I miss it but I no longer eat bread or grain products anymore and I feel so much better. Overall I would not be worried about eating lectin-containing foods unless you know you have sensitivities to those foods. Processed food, sugars, and bad oils are way more important to focus on. Many of the foods containing lectins have a lot of health benefits to outweigh the negatives for most people. Lectins can also easily be minimized by fermenting veggies, sprouting nuts, and cooking grains/beans. -LGD Team

I tried the real salt
Bad boys
BIOLOGIQUE is on most produce packaging AND loose.. I won’t buy anything that states that word. They will tell you it means organic, in French. That’s not true. besides, why are we seeing it on our foods for that matter. Except nothing question everything . I’d be very wary, it’s also on Tazo tea bags. It doesn’t stated on the box but it’s actually on the teabag itself!
Rice is high in arsenic. Beans are high in lectins.
-LGD Team
You rock Doc 🎉
I have to bump on both sides of my lower neck. What type of supplement should I take?
I’d recommend asking this question on the ASK DLG Show. They are every Wednesday at 8:30 am EST. You can always ask health questions in the Challenge Crews! If you haven't joined the Lifestyle yet, you can check it out here! go.drlivingood.com/Lifestyle-Membership We always recommend if you have specific concerns with a pre-diagnosed condition and/or your medication that you consult with your physician. This also applies to changing the dosages of your medication and discontinuing usage. -LGD Team

Almond flour... non gmo does not mean pesticides weren't used. Organic does.
Dextrose is sugar
The butterfly with non gmo is a 50/50 where it’s safe so is it safe or not some say yes some say no ?
From what I’ve heard, Non GMO is not a guarantee of no pesticides. They do use them on non-GMO, and that it’s the GMOs that are modified so they don’t have to use any or as many pesticides on them. Can you please clarify this? Thanks!
Non-GMO provides guarantees against the use of GMOs, it doesn't mean they haven't been sprayed with pesticides. On the other hand, no chemical pesticides are used ever on organic seeds. -LGD Team
@@DrLivingood thank you for clarifying this. The video seems to be saying differently, so I wanted to make sure I was understanding.
PS : My whole family is riddled with cancer. Parents, siblings aunts and uncles etc. My brother is in a hospital this very moment with a life threatening brain tumor! Does General Mills care? Of course not!

I quit going to walmart a few years ago. I am glad. They are like a police state.
Cyra criss ,I don't use any flower
Non-gmo, but enriched...
I’ve tried some of these
Products. I cannot adjust to the new texture and lack of flavor.
What about the rice having arsenic?
Isn't dextrin bad for u? (Ingredient in Lily's chocolate)
Dextrin is okay as long as it is non-GMO. 🙂 - LGD Team
Coconut aminos is higher in carbs than Tamari.
Tamari is super high in sodium and the coconut aminos I looked at have very little carbs.
Is dextrin ok? I noticed it in Lilly's chocolate chips.
It's an ingredient in some chocolate chips. I would recommend checking for a non-GMO one, however, we do prefer stevia or monkfruit as a sugar alternative. Can’t Non GMO be non organic? As I understand a non genetically modified food might be produced in non organic environment.
How do you get iodine?
We supplement! Our Greens + Superfoods sources are from Kelp! -LGD Team
I read that Hershey bought Likys chips… are they still a healthier option? Sad.
We would need to see an ingredient label on the product to comment on it. Check out the product recommendations on Dr. Livingood's Amazon Market! 🤩 amazon.pulse.ly/ai9lroiqmc - LGD Team
Non gmo is nothing to do with sprays....I think you mixed that up with organic.

Do you know anything about lectins? That’s the brown skin on an almond.
Overall, I would not be worried about eating lectin-containing foods unless you know you are sensitive to those foods. Processed food, sugars, and bad oils are way more important to focus on. And the salt is being extracted for over 2000 years. And now there’s a clinic inside the salt cave for asthmatics.
