It's nice I usually use lukewarm water to mix the corn powder, especially in winter. As well I do mix the powder in a plastic container with a tight fitting lid for quick fermentation and rising.
Yes, give my method a try and you will like it. You know the types of corn powder we have in Europe is not like that of Africa. So lukewarm water helps a lot especially if one needs the amor early for the usual amorkple. Laugh, take care.
@larissamichele5300 you can use dry corn flour. Use the same method that I have used. You can also soak dry corn 🌽 in water for 3 to 4 days . After, take it to the corn milling machine or buy a portable corn milling grinder at Amazon or other vendors. I hope this helps.

Hausa Koko is mostly with millet. But you can use it to make corn porridge.
