The Allet looks interesting, but the main thing I want to know is does it stick up above the top of your pocket? If it does and it thinner, wouldn’t it easier for a pickpocket to grab and remove it unnoticed? My fat one sits low and has to be wrestled out. Not so good for comfort, but much safer in a crowd.
Was the first thing that came to mind when I heard him asking for names for it. Probably not a word for the TV advertisement though. "check out our cushion! Comes with 2 assholes. And here comes our third asshole!" *presenter walking in*
@@dannydaw59 I saw a supposed "life hack" where you can cut the top and bottom off a Coke can and slit it down the back and then slip it over any same-size beer can, but I've never tried it personally.
That ice tray is a problem solver for a non existing problem. It is looks like almost impossible to clean inside and I wonder how will it be for mold as it is hard to dry out or clean inside.
The ice tray is good have you ever tried to find a level to put normal trays so as you get no spill, and H2O does not provide a location for mold to adhere to if you rinse and air appropriately and if used regularly it won't have time for mold to grow.
@@grahamjohnson4702 I have $1 trays and have been using them for a few decades without issues... I also find that most new fridges have build in ice makers. I believe you hit it right on the head...with proper care and regular use... I don't use ice trays more then 2 or 3 times a year, so cleaning and air drying $35 ice tray is not my idea of fun. 😀
@@sigor2011 I did not realise that this product was $35, way beyond what I would pay. In America you are way ahead of us in fridges with built in ice makers, but the very way they operate makes them expensive to use and maintain. I would never buy a fridge with a built in ice maker or child drinks dispenser as they eat up storage space. If you want chilled water for drinks on hot days use bottles and the space they don't take up on cold days can be used for storage of food etc..
Definitely. Aside from a niche use like the guy in a camper, it's pointless. You have to apply more force and more effort to get the ice out than regular trays.
As someone who has had to use a plate as a pot lid on numerous occasions, I can say that any product that makes it so you don't have to lift the plate off with your fingertips and get burned by both the plate, and the boiling hot condensation collecting under it sounds like a FANTASTIC idea...

Most youtubers dont see that side if these products for people with disabilities. Like the spoon buddy great for a jar opener for old people or people with arthritis in the wrist.
As a long time practitioner and board-certified wound care nurse I can tell you that the purpose of the holes is to relieve pressure over the ischia which are your butt bones in your pelvis that you sit on if you don’t stand up enough. Most folks shift from side to side and don’t even know we’re doing it and therefore do not get bedsores or pressure injury in that area however people who have no feeling in that area do tend to get chronic sores that are very difficult to heal as a matter fact something similar is what actor Christopher Reeve died from.

Ice Breaker Pop has a pre-order site. You have to convert the kronos to USD, but for the 2 pack, it's like $32. Not a bad price for a fancy pants ice cube tray.
Back in my thirties, I lost my wallet twice. When I started carrying it in my front pocket my butt stopped falling asleep and I never lost it again. If you live in an area known for pickpockets the front pocket is hard for them to pick. Wet the suction cup on Spoon Buddy with water before you stick it to something. It should hold much longer.
The spoon buddy plate thing is one I've done before. I have some pots that don't have lids, and I've used a plate to seal quesadillas. The can cozy is good for going to RV parks - many don't allow booze.

My dad drank Tasters Choice for many many years....long before Keurig type machines or smaller pot type coffee makers were a thing. Some times you just wanted a cup.
Im a power chair user, my genetic condition causes my soft tissues to dislocate and tear. My hips are torn to bits and I have significant spinal issues from impinging nerves, disk collapse and a whole list of other medical issues.... I have a huge collection of cushions and by FAR the Purple brand is the best for comfort and support! The only downside is I can’t leave it in my car during summer (I live in AZ). It just gets too hot! But it’s really nice to bring it out and when I get in my hot chair the cushion is nice and cool from being in the house. I use my power chair outside my home and I prefer to walk in my home to keep the range of motion I do have left. I actually have the cushion he reviewed and I do NOT like it at all. It compresses and becomes very hard to sit on. Also most people shift in their seat due to comfort and to prevent bed sores, with the cushion that has the holes if your not positioned in those holes it becomes VERY uncomfortable. If you were to buy a cushion I would say the Purple one is way superior! I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond, it was on sale from $25 to $19.99 and it’s smaller than the one he had in the video. It’s shaped for a seat and comes with a zip off black cover. I have used it for over a year and it still feels brand new. It gets tossed in the back of my car (some times stepped on by my kids) crammed into my bag to carry into the house in summer and it has held up just perfect!
@@Bummer1980 That's such a weird coincidence because I said to ask @JerryRigEverything because his wife is in a wheelchair. The thing that made me post that was that they recently did a tour of the Purple Mattress factory. I've definitely been looking at those (for a bed) so I'm glad to hear you like it when you probably get more use from yours than I would from my mattress.
I bought a leather Allit for my husband as a late Christmas present after we watched this review. It was a bit pricey as he wanted the leather rfid-blocking one but he absolutely loves it. His friends have been asking about it too!
just a fyi, after having spine surgery years ago, the orthopedic surgeon always stressed to never sit on a thick wallet, due to misalignment , handy tip for the day lol
Just got through watching all of your videos (it took me a few days)! Quality content right there. (Some of them I watched twice because I lost track and UA-cam did too.) You have a great personality and so does Bailey. Subbed for sure.
I liked all of the stuff you reviewed. I love coke, so I wouldn't need the can disguise, but it still looks cool. Your facial expressions when you sat down next to the boxes made this video awesome right off the bat. You're so cute.
One of the pros of the ice crude tray is it won’t get contaminated with smells of the freezer, tater tot crumbs, dog hair that found its way in there some how.
The spoon buddy would be great for those pots and pans that have lost their lids over the years. Or if you suddenly discover that you lid is still dirty so you need to improvise quickly. The fact that it doubles as a jar opener and spoon rest makes it a little better than a uni-tasker.
15:02 - Three broken hips and five major hip surgeries later, I often sit like that to ease pressure on the fucked up ball of scar tissue that has replaced a chunk of my thigh muscles. (I’m 32, so nope, those are not only old people problems!) Also, I can see where that seat would be good if you needed to improve your posture. If the cushion is less comfortable when you sit oddly, you’d be inclined to sit up right with both feet on the floor, like ergonomics experts tell you to do.
Great reviews James, definitely need to do more. My only complaint would be the icebreaker thing. I think it's a waste of your time and ours to review a product we can't even get. Still hoping you'll do some pet product reviews with Bailey
Hi James. HAPPY NEW YEAR !! I look forward to the new products you will review this coming year. I feel you give a fair review of the products. Peace to you and yours
Awesome review as always. I use plates as pot tops pretty often, but I usually flip them as use the other side down for a better seal. So thanks for showing me another option to take them on a off. 😁
My husband wanted a ridge wallet (ended up getting a less expensive brand,) for Christmas, seems to like it. It's metal though, I can't imagine it's comfortable to sit on. He keeps it in his front pocket.
The Loco-Cola cover is better than drinking from a paper sack! 😂 Can't say I've ever done that but hey, I won't judge! It's for people who want to drink in public in places alcohol is NOT allowed. I wouldn't question it of I glanced over and someone was using it
The best thing about your channel is walking through the as seen on TV section and saying "yep... Nope... Nope... Yep... Nope" or "James really didn't like that one, or ooh, James had a good review on that, we should try it."... I put good review items on a gift list.
Walmart occasionally has some with lids for $3-4. Generally I see them near the sodas on a hanging strand. But the ice breaker seems more like it could slide around & not end up leaking. I also like how it goes upright to fit better in a freezer.
I really hate alcohol concealing products...just in general. The whole need to bring alcohol into every situation means a problem not a quirky personality trait.
I think the spoon buddy and the plate trick is fairly useful. I have a pot and pan set that didn’t come with all the matches in lids and I have done the trick with just a plate but it is hard to take off
You can't imagine a situation where you would want to be hiding a beer? Music festivals, some camp grounds, boating on some lakes. Lots of places where you can drink but it's frowned upon.
From my experience, unless they're inspecting the contents of coolers they won't inspect individual drinks up close. Certain campsites for example won't inspect your coolers on your way in but if they see you drinking a beer they'll call you out. From a distance it looks like a Coke, that's good enough. Slip it on the one you're drinking.
Thank you for giving up on the spinner. It didn’t even have sound. I like it when the camera refocus moments are edited out. Several of them in row can get annoying. Love your reviews as usual, great job 👍
I would use the spoon buddy a lot. I'm forever using plates as lids, it's so much easier than digging around in the cabinets after living here for almost 30 years. Finding matching lids is a huge waste of time when I can just grab a plate. Gonna have to get one or two now.
I used the seat socket for about a month or so for my sciatica and back pain, at first it was nice, after a few weeks it made my back worse, it is too hard you feel like you're sitting on rocks. I so wanted it to work for me. Maybe others will be good with it. I used it in my chair at home, a recliner (Without reclining of course) a upholstered chair that I sit in most of the day
12:18 "What's the point of this?" Public drinking for anywhere that it's illegal. It's easier to just put your booze in a travel mug or metal water bottle, depending on whether it's fizzy or flat. In case you're wondering, I've seen it mostly used at street festivals. I only tried it once: Turns out I don't like getting drunk in crowds.
Growing up on the farm we seemed to favor Folgers instant coffee. I never was fond of it and while in the military I tried, and really liked, Tasters Choice. The cost of this coffee is a bit high in my opinion but hits the spot when you want coffee NOW. Sorry, I dont cling to social media so dont look for my entry for a wallet. Love your reviews!
for the beer can cover, I vacation in a campground where youre not supposed to have "open displays of alcohol" so its fine to have a beer bottle/can, but it needs to be covered by a beer cozy or something similar. So this product would actually be good for that particular use
Try a front pocket wallet. I got tired of sitting on my wallet and these changed my life. Infinitely more comfortable, and it makes it harder to pickpocket. Give it a shot.
Eh, that's a possibility, but maybe it's more you get so used to it feeling heavy and substantial, and after using the new one for awhile you'll be able to tell the difference.
I'm sure people have gotten their larger wallets picked off. Pickpockets rely on people paying attention to other sensation around them. So thin wallet, fat wallet they'll take them all the same. Big wallets may even be easier to identify from afar... I think I've fallen into a bit of a hole thinking about pickpockets but *shrug* hopefully a comfy wallet is better for the user than concern about pickpockets.
I use plates as lids all the time - put food on plate, put second plate upside down on top, put it in the microwave. The Spoon Buddy suction cup might actually be a useful feature, because sometimes those plate-lids get hot! My concern with the Spoon Buddy is that it doesn't seem big enough to hold anything much larger than a table spoon. I use those long-handled cooking spoons (used to be made of wood, now plastic) when I cook and they would flip right out of that thing.
I do. My wallet is even thinner than the one he reviewed. About 1/4" thick. Wallets belong in pockets. If you take it out and leave it loose in the car, there's a greater chance of forgetting to take it with you when you leave the car, to either be stolen or at least force a return trip to the car because you didn't bring it into the store.
It’s a bit late, but we just found out about this review. 🤦🏻😂 Thank you VERY much for this kind review. We are so happy you loved our instant coffee. ❤️🍮

My dad drank Tasters Choice for many many years....long before Keurig type machines or smaller pot type coffee makers were a thing. Some times you just wanted a cup.
😁😁😁 calling out the camera. "I'm up here, camera." Way to go.

It'd be interesting to see which seat cushion someone in a wheelchair might prefer.
That's what I was thinking. My dad is wheelchair bound and gets pressure sores easily.
Or someone with coccyx issues as well
@ SourceOfBeing Go ask JerryRigEverything. His wife's in a wheelchair.
I have found that instant coffee is more full bodied than cheap Keurig pods....and that's ALDIs brand....decaf. Will have to try WAKA coffee.
The name for the bun cutouts made me immediately think "Ass Holes"..lol!!!
Just got through watching all of your videos (it took me a few days)! Quality content right there. (Some of them I watched twice because I lost track and UA-cam did too.) You have a great personality and so does Bailey. Subbed for sure.
He's such a nice guy! And Bailey is adorable 💗 @freakinreviews
the thick wallet reminds me of the Seinfeld episode.
I think I had a piece of hard candy in there! LOL
I liked all of the stuff you reviewed. I love coke, so I wouldn't need the can disguise, but it still looks cool. Your facial expressions when you sat down next to the boxes made this video awesome right off the bat. You're so cute.
I need that spinning app when I can’t decide which movie to watch.
Ozbully Morales now if Netflix or Amazon had that in app....
One of the pros of the ice crude tray is it won’t get contaminated with smells of the freezer, tater tot crumbs, dog hair that found its way in there some how.
5:09 not sure if that divot at the edge of the seat is for nugget space or gas release :D
woocifer it’s for your coccyx....
The spoon buddy would be great for those pots and pans that have lost their lids over the years. Or if you suddenly discover that you lid is still dirty so you need to improvise quickly. The fact that it doubles as a jar opener and spoon rest makes it a little better than a uni-tasker.
12:18 The *perfect present* for rebel Mormons.
*wait* They need to make a caffeine free version.
If you follow the link, you'll find that they do.
LoL, you can put your real coke in the caffeine free Coke version 😂
In Maine you cannot drink alcoholic beverages in public. So the can cover would work at the beach or any park.
6:10 Who else tought that was for the balls?
15:02 - Three broken hips and five major hip surgeries later, I often sit like that to ease pressure on the fucked up ball of scar tissue that has replaced a chunk of my thigh muscles. (I’m 32, so nope, those are not only old people problems!)
Also, I can see where that seat would be good if you needed to improve your posture.
I really like the ice cube tray reviews; it's fun to see all the different designs people come up with.
I'm liking several of these products. Instant coffee I'll definitely try.
Hi James. HAPPY NEW YEAR !! I look forward to the new products you will review this coming year. I feel you give a fair review of the products. Peace to you and yours
2:30 am and I’m watching him review coffees.
1:20 am here
It's 8:00 AM where I'm at. The optimal time for watching coffee reviews, but I don't drink the stuff. Ah damn.
@@kolpik3708 Just get an energy drink instead ☺️
Awesome review as always. I use plates as pot tops pretty often, but I usually flip them as use the other side down for a better seal. So thanks for showing me another option to take them on a off. 😁
It's also a good way to preheat a plate for dinner.
I feel your pain on the wallet in pocket scenario, and my wallet isn’t even that thick.
If I’m driving on a road trip I have it out of my pocket.
My husband wanted a ridge wallet (ended up getting a less expensive brand,) for Christmas, seems to like it. It's metal though, I can't imagine it's comfortable to sit on. He keeps it in his front pocket.
@@Firsona Philip DeFranco keeps advertising for Ridge and I'd like to see James review one.
I've never kept a wallet in the back. Phone on right front. Wallet on left front. All in perfect balance. Plus I feel its safer in the front
The Loco-Cola cover is better than drinking from a paper sack! 😂 Can't say I've ever done that but hey, I won't judge! It's for people who want to drink in public in places alcohol is NOT allowed. I wouldn't question it of I glanced over and someone was using it
My dad used to pour beer into a diet coke can
That's the old school way!
That seems smarter than wasting 10 bucks... 👍🏾☺
Wine in a can!
I've done that so I can drink in public during the summer 😂
The names for the socket seat holes REALLY made my day 😂😂😂💕💕💕
Beersy is probably for stadium events or family gatherings with kids around
I have a can open with a attachment to help open those hard plastic on a lot of products and attachment to open and lids..
Thanks James! I'm going to order the Allet for my husband as an anniversary gift! Thankfully itll be here by the 6th! ❤
The best thing about your channel is walking through the as seen on TV section and saying "yep... Nope... Nope... Yep... Nope" or "James really didn't like that one, or ooh, James had a good review on that, we should try it."... I put good review items on a gift list.
Ahhh Beersy...the perfect gift for that alcoholic relative.
The Icebreaker intrigues me for my camper as regular ice cube trays can sometimes spill when on the road.
I have a pot and pan set that didn’t come with all the matches in lids and I have done the trick with just a plate but it is hard to take off
Ice cube hickey is good for freezer compartments that are lower basket variety....haven't had trays since getting one.
Awww pickle juice 🤣🤣
I use regular plates as lids all the time. I just turn it right side up (seems more stable to me) and use a towel to take it off.
Him: Uses plate as a lid
Me: You idoit the lid is on upside down
Also me: just about every latino uses a plate as a lid when they cook
You definitely get a better seal if you flip the plate the other way!
$20-$25 for a ice tray is cray. No matter how good it works it doesn’t warrant $19-$24 more dollars
How hard was it to remove the Beersy from an empty can?
You can't imagine a situation where you would want to be hiding a beer? Music festivals, some camp grounds, boating on some lakes. Lots of places where you can drink but it's frowned upon.
Yeah but 1 can? And if they're inspecting up close, they're going to see it's a sleeve.
Love your honest reviews!❤️ And thank you for following me on Tik Tok!❤️😄
Thank you for giving up on the spinner. It didn’t even have sound. I like it when the camera refocus moments are edited out. Several of them in row can get annoying. Love your reviews as usual, great job 👍
I thought the socket seat middle cutout for.. nevermind
I would use the spoon buddy a lot. I'm forever using plates as lids, it's so much easier than digging around in the cabinets after living here for almost 30 years. Finding matching lids is a huge waste of time when I can just grab a plate. Gonna have to get one or two now.
Instant coffee is heresy
You sound like my late father😆
I used the seat socket for about a month or so for my sciatica and back pain, at first it was nice, after a few weeks it made my back worse, it is too hard you feel like you're sitting on rocks. I so wanted it to work for me. Maybe others will be good with it. I used it in my chair at home, a recliner (Without reclining of course) a upholstered chair that I sit in most of the day
I switch to carry in my wallet in the front because it was causing my back pain

"What's the point of this?"
Public drinking for anywhere that it's illegal.
I sit to the side like that
Same. ^^; I was like, Hey! Most of the time I sit with one or both legs folded.
Try a front pocket wallet. I got tired of sitting on my wallet and these changed my life. Infinitely more comfortable, and it makes it harder to pickpocket. Give it a shot.
Feeling your wallet gives you comfort, right? You wouldn’t notice if you were pick pocketed
That is an excellent point.
Who TF sits on their wallet when driving?! Put that in the cup holder or center console like a normal person
I keep my wallet in a side pocket. Safer from thieves.
Beersy doesn't fit on tall cans.
I'm just a rebel like that.
I do, I don’t want to forget it in the center console when I walk out in a rush.
