Feels quite claustrophobic. The location is the only factor that would warrant a high price but even still it is WAY over priced. Imagine what you could get for that amount of money in a more rural area. Guess if you have £100's of millions to spare then yeah, go for it 🤷‍♂

I think for the target market this is the perfect lock up and leave central London home that someone can use as an investment in prime central London. It looks and feels like a shiny corporate hotel. The lift looks like a commercial office lift and I think a more discreet offering would be preferable. It's a very functional house. There's no soul to this house. I think we are all moving into a new chapter where having a cinema room and and indoor pool would happily be traded for a private garden with a fire pit and a connection to nature. None the less I hope this house finds a happy new owner.

This was designed like a newer Four Seasons hotel but as a compact high-security bunker. It feels very dark and the use of mirrored surfaces everywhere just gives me the impression that wasn't designed for someone to actually live in full-time, but own as an investment and visit for a few weekends per year.

I worked for the previous owners. The developers tore down the original house . If they had restored it . That house would have sold by now. This one is too over developed and too vulnerable from the street with no parking and no security. At that price point you want more outside space. It’s going to be a difficult one to sell.

I would offer a piece of advice as an Estate Manager.. I would say please don't touch everything in the house or turn taps on or get into bathtubs...the housekeepers have a tough enough time as it is keeping a place looking immaculate, plus you don't want to scuff up expensive wall paper or sheets etc and have to pay for it. Good job guys, I enjoy your videos. :-)

I get it now. I’ve been constantly complaining how developers are taking these period London properties, at top notch addresses. Gutting them of any character, giving them all the same old, same old cold modern hotel like interiors with those “high-end” finishes…it’s just to flog them off as investment properties to foreigners with more money than taste. And be damned with the history, local colour and culture.
So that’s it…anytime another one of this type of property comes up here or elsewhere I’m not going to moan and groan anymore, because it’s pointless. London is being homogenized into oblivion. And nothing can be done to prevent it.

This house is absolutely exquisite! The attention to detail is breath taking! However, for me personally, after being born & living in central London all of my young life, if I had this sort of money I would buy a large piece of land somewhere either on a beach or on a lake & build a stunning spacious secluded home that has a huge garden with a massive outside heated swimming pool and not one but two enormous garages! But one can dream, can’t one! 🥰🥰

Dream goals. I hate to say it, but where I live, 24 million for this prestige location and square footage isn't outrageous. If it had a better garden area, this would be a home run. But I think it's a beautiful property.

I replied to another similar comment so I’ll add the same response here for clarification -
This was intended as simply sarcasm 😁 it’s ironic because the house is £24m and the focus perhaps £240. The reality is the focus owner could well own a house on the street outright, the Lamborghini owner renting down the street maxed out trying to keep up with the Jones’. That’s what’s funny about it (to me) it’s a joke intended to highlight that our intro shot has the focus clearly in the background, it’s not stereotypically what you’d expect with multi million pound homes. I’m worried to think some people interpreted this as I would actually make him move 😂 perhaps I’m not as funny as I think. Probably true 😉

If you want to live in Mayfair, nice location. I agree the biggest negative is no car accommodation. Maybeheritage rules wouldn't allow a facade modification to allow a garage? I think the interior is tacky. Too much marble and mirrors. The kitchen is very plain looking compared to the rest of the house.

Nope. I adore city living and London is fantastic. But this doesn’t feel like a home. Feels very commercial. That elevator is an eyesore. Was this built on spec? Too many general layout issues: the kitchen and tv area should be flipped. Sun for the kitchen, less glare and more coziness for the sitting area. Gym flooring is a disaster in the making. Theater has seating to the sides? Only one ‘formal’ space for the dining and living room? Do the developers know how people actually live? I’ll stop. I do enjoy you both. Your content is always . . . Interesting.

Great big mansion in the country with electric gates, swooping tree lined drive up to the big house over looking huge gardens and lake. Spectacular scenery over the countryside with enough parking for a fleet of cars. And I bet you would still have a lot of change left from ya 24mil. I know which would look more impressive.

Que pasa a los ingleses con los espejos? Todas las casas que presentan están llenas de espejos, tener muchos no es bueno😖

It doesn’t matter how much marble or tech you put, it’s a luxury small box. The gym and the pool are a joke. And it is also very impersonal. Tons of mirrors to pretend it’s big. And marble, marble and more marble. A place to spend 3 or 4 nights and leave. But at that price it would be better a good suite at the Savoy. Great imagination to use the space, though. I think that with less purpose digged levels and more light and less marble and pretentions it would easier to sell. Anyway, this couple makes a great job to show the house, if they don’t sell it, no one can.

I eouldnt pay 2million let alone 24 million for that. Move to the country for quieter life and for 2 to 10 million get quadruple the property
