Noodle St Handcrafted Noodle Restaurant I'll Pass, Here's Why.

I was excited to try Noodle St since I heard this is one of the best places for handcrafted noodles. I loved the flavor and noodles but that's all there was. Hardly any beef and veggies for $15. I've been to other restaurants that are more generous with their ingredients and Noodle St wasn't one of them.
I also ordered Beef Roll Pancakes. Those were to die for. Since there were only 2 of us, I couldn't really order more. I'll have to pass on the signature beef soup since there wasn't really any beef, but I will try the other dishes when I go back.
Lan Noodles in Hollywood and Shengs in Las Vegas are hard to beat. Maybe my expectations were high, or maybe Noodle St just didn't perform? You be the judge.
