  • The Jumper T-Lite is my daily driver, and for good reason. It’s small with an ergonomic design, features Hall gimbals, and at the time, was really inexpensive. Since that time many manufacturers have made radios with similar design and specifications. Well, Jumper is back with a version 2 of their T-Lite radio. So let's take a closer look at this radio, and see if these small changes make a BIG difference. For more info check out: bit.ly/3OFzxUX

    Great review! I was so nervous when you were deciding whether to fly that open-prop one around in your room…
    I think this radio is a fantastic value. At $60 it’s the cheapest good radio with ELRS, and honestly I don’t think higher end options like the Zorro are worth the added expense.

    • @OneManUnmanned
      @OneManUnmanned  2 роки тому +2

      I agree..I was sold on the original T-lite. V2 makes it even better, but I feel like the Zorros and Commando 8s of the world has a place in a higher segment of the market(granted the T-lite does all the features as well).

    I think this radio beats all other radios below $100,00 mainly because it has hall sensor gimbals! That is a big plus compared to the other ones. I just wished they could put the lanyard thing there. BTW, it was very funny your face when you smashed the roof with the drone 🤣😆 I did that many times at home too, almost broke my tv once 🤣

      As a tx16s owner, I like the tx12 as a backup or lighter travel second tx. It is about the same size as a Zorro with the extended battery attachment. I like it because of the screen placement, the battery life and the Jr module bay, so my modules are interchangeable with the tx16s. And the tx12 v2 comes with built in 250mw ELRS and hall sensor gimbals at just below $100. Should be good for pinchers too.

It seems that there are two little controls for all of the 16 channels . 4 Channels are assigned two the 4 axis of the contro switch and 4 channels two the 4 switches = 8 Chnnels at all. How two deal with the remaining 16 channels ?

    • @OneManUnmanned
      @OneManUnmanned  Рік тому

      It's up to you, but I was in your situation. If your V1 is working well, you could just buy a module and have the best of both worlds. The only downside to the V1 is that it doesn't have a robust power supply system, and anything over 200mw might put a strain on the entire system. I personally prefer my v2. I run stock power with the internal module for Tinywhoops and use the external bay at higher power for larger and long range drones.
