      Bro as much as one can hate goop. Walking for 30 minutes is good and reduces stress which reduces cortisol. Aka the risk for diseases. And yeah poor people may not have time but even 10 minutes of walking is better than not. And nature is always calming and has been scientifically confirmed. Don’t claim nonsense unless you are a phd doctor moron
