❤ I listened to this beautiful meditation whilst walking my English Springer Spaniel (crazy little girl)on beautiful pasture land.
She gets frustrated and tends to pull quite a lot, as I can't freerun her at the moment, because the cattle are roaming free.
We walked for just over an hour, so I listened to the meditation twice.
We were walking pretty fast, yet this meditation calmed me immensely.
The tone and tempo of your voice is so very soothing, it's perfect for meditation.
I was able to relax and really enjoyed our walk, taking in the beauty of nature around me.
I also realised that, although I've never had a great deal of self worth, I have always loved unconditionally, and I am a forgiving person.
I'm definitely resilient.
