Drawing a self-portrait of myself! ( ☆∀☆) || small artist | drawing self portrait | art project

It's been quite a while since I drew something realistic. I thought it was a great idea to work on a self-portrait and see how well I do!
I've already tried many different times to draw myself, but I never get it done as I either don't like it or I've trouble with inspiration.. (T▽T)
I'll be working with color pencils through this process, I want to work on getting the right colors and textures from the reference photo I'm using

I feel like the easiest way to learn to draw realistic is practice and using the grid method!
