As a leader - continue to assess folks Skills (S) and Will (W), based upon the level(s) I am able to set a Readiness level on my leadership style (R) on how I engage - High W and High S - no leadership needed, etc. Use it with adults, kids, and wife. Best gentleman.

This is a know it all book.
In many ways "cavalier" works. Given that micro-managers are usually afraid of something going wrong and are compensating in some way. Whereas a cavalier approach to leadership might be decentralized command, bravely trusting the team to get it done. Where the definition becomes insufficient is where Jocko says an indirect approach works best. Afraid of offending the person or spoiling the relationship, the commander uses indirect communication in order to ensure the team-member achieves the goals without shutting down or putting up a wall.

I thought the Fair Use clause only pertains to educational and informational purposes, not commercial. Could be wrong.
A few months back I made a "GOOD" sign for my wall and posted a video of it with "jocko inspired" in the description and the very next video Jocko and Echo were talking about "Jocko inspired" knock offs. I just want to say I made it for myself and am not selling them, don't kill me.
