For those who are having problems using Stagger, open the group on weekauras after importing, and have 3 Stagger options Low, Medium, and Heavy. You have to substutior the name of the Aura of each of them to the respective name of your game, for example in my case I was Heavy Stagger as I am Brazilian, I put the same as my game "Cambalear intenso " and so on.

Also they don't seem to change the duration color from yellow to red once they hit 5 seconds remaining duration - was assuming you did that via a custom function but can't find them in the strings.

If you're talking about the black border around each icon, that addon is called Masque. I think the skin is built into the addon so you have to configure in the menu and go down to "CleanUI Black"
When you open up with /masque and the window pops up, either click Global or WeakAuras. Then on the right, there is a drop-down menu labeled "Skin". Click the arrow and there should be CleanUI Black somewhere in the list. If it's not there then it's a skin you'd have to download either on curse.com or wowinterface.com

MarkBeardz To be blunt, guardian is the more effective of the three. But seriously pick whichever you like the best because every tank works fine for mythic raids.

Is there an easy way to understand how to create the custom codes for things such as the percentage stagger text? I would like to create my own weakauras.
I'm not sure if it's possible to show a text as percentage without entering a custom code, i did it the way you said ( From template > Text > Debuffs > Stagger ) it was set on %P by default which is Progress and none of the 6 display text options i can choose from can show percentage.

The first thing would be to download the addon WeakAuras 2. I have a video on my channel going over how to make your own weak auras and import other people's. Click the links in the description on this video and copy the Pastebin info and follow the instructions on my Weak auras video. After everything is imported it's straightforward with what it tells you. There's not much that you have to do to use these effectively.
Keggernaut Thank you! I've conditioned myself over years to play with the default UI plus DBM (and I used to heal with VuhDo in WotLK and Cata). I need to get out of my comfort zone, because there is a lot to micro manage as a brewmaster! What is your pattern for using Ironskin Brew and Purifying Brew? Do you pop Ironskin whenever it's up, and then Purifying only when you have yellow stagger or worse? What if Ironskin Ironskin is about to wear off and it's still green, just go ahead and purify or let it slide?
In a general sense you want to use your ironskin and purify in a 2:1 ratio. A lot of content would rather have you staggering more so as to smooth your damage taken than to reduce overall damage taken by using purifies. I have some upcoming brewmaster mythic+ videos where sometimes I'm at like 100%+ stagger and still doing fine. If stagger is green just keep using ironskin. If yellow, I usually keep ironskin up unless close to 60% stagger then I decide if I want to purify or wait till red to purify. As I like using High Tolerance and Elusive Dance more than Blackout Combo, it adds more weight to my purify choices.
Interesting. You're the first I've seen NOT recommend Blackout Combo hands-down, which is all I've used so far. I'm sure those other talents are good, but I'm so used to the rotation where I prioritize Blackout Strike before most other moves.
+Darthnacho75 I use an add on called OmniCC to show the timers. You can put in your own timers so you don't have to download the add on but it requires way more knowledge on weakauras to do so.
hey mister kegg, thx for the vids, i copied the weak auras and they are great :) upvote but i got an issue with BrM Stagger .. it wont show anything, not the symbol, not the percentage. i deleted it and copied it again, but still the same issue.. would be nice if you or someone else could help

Use the "from template" option to easily make a ton of your own weakauras. For custom code you need to be proficient in LUA language.

Yes. You can go into the "trigger" tab and change the spell names/spell id's for whatever you want to track.
