What do WWE wrestlers eat? I wrestled for WWE for 4 years, and in this video, I share what I ate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and my cheat meal.

I met Bret Hart in 1999. And he was HUGE. His shoulders were like cannonballs. I asked him how to get big and he said eat Canadian Beef and do Compound exercises. It worked, lol.😁
What's wild is in the early 90's New Gen Era, Hart and HBK were considered the "small guys", at least compared to Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior of the 80's.
But in real life, compared to regular people, Bret Hart looked freaking huge.

A more positive comment.....when WCW held their souled out ppv in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1997 I attended the show. After the show I went to the steakhouse next to the arena. As my buddies and I are eating some of the wrestlers start coming in. They were seated in a private section towards the back, except Paul White (the giant or big show). He sat with the people. This man put away twelve 8 ounce fillets and all of the baked potatoes and rice that came as side dishes. The funny thing was he ordered water to drink lol....that was an impressive display! He signed posters and menus for us but my college roommate stole them grrr!

The difference between The Big Show and Andre. Paul never drank wine or beer thats why he is still with us while Andre's beer or wine addiction easily deteriorated his health. Imagine before you go to a wrestling event you tell your assistant to buy you some beer. Not in can but 2 cases of beer for him to consume before the match.

Peanut butter for a person who works out everyday is far from bad for you. Especially the all natural stuff. Everything in moderation. Another banger, Maven. You make them, we will watch them.
Edit: for those in the comments who can’t take five seconds to google: all natural PB has zero salt and about a gram of sugar per serving. It’s literally just ground up peanuts straight from the shell. Peanuts contain no natural salt.

The peanut butter I get here in Australia has hardly any sugar in it and it's good just the fats and sodium is pretty high

We obviously do not blame you, it's clearly a company, maybe even possibly a country wide conspiracy. They let jobbers like Roman, Cody, Seth etc take up a space on the card, but apparently there was no room for Maven "Showing us the light every Friday night" Huffman to drop kick whomever he wanted with such tenacity, velocity and sheer power that it eliminates them not only from Royal Rumble 2024, but also 2025 and quite possibly even 2026.

I get where ur coming from, I’m a huge fan and have seen mavens entire WWe stint…it was one of the few highlights at the time.
But as a middle aged 44yr old man…who has learned wisdom himself and business….i can honestly say around ur 40s u should start on separation or be on the path to.
I can afford to not work security or go back or try for military…we shouldn’t do it, cuz employers including military are crazier than ever with youth and we 44yr olds typically get supervisor 22 hate and it just winds into misery and hatred..and I nor any 40 something needs that 20yr old immaturity.
Simply put if u appreciate mavens work than you should be content on just his educational videos.
Or another way, be a fan means being a fan of what is right for maven and being appreciative of his choices.
He needs not risk injury. I enjoy his education just fine.
I’d never have likely left college or slacked in high school if all my teachers were a maven.
Do what’s right for you maven. Cuz I’ll enjoy it.

I've been watching Maven on here for a while now. Remember him briefly from his debut in 2001 when I was 10, but it's awesome to see him absolutely flourish on UA-cam. He's been through hell and back, and not everyone can take accountability for their flaws and faults and turn it into wisdom like he has. Seems like a cool guy all around!
Maven's era of physiques ABSOLUTELY dominates today's fitness influencer on social media.
After taking 10 headshots thrown from the top of a steel cage 3x a week to having to do a live promos 24/7, while worrying about getting FIRED, there hectic schedule vs the fitness influencer NOW who wakes up meditate and get UV rays, drink a gallon of water, injects their a$$, go train and eat and play video games and talk s**t.
They also were on steroids 😂
@@adoboFosho which is pretty irrelevant when most fitness gurus are too. Steroids do nothing if you don't put in the work at the gym. Do they make it so you can bulk up and get cut quicker, yes, but you still have to work to get results.

I'm a full time automotive mechanic and in my toolbox is always ricecakes and peanut butter. I have a protein shake for lunch, bc flat rate mechanic don't get lunch breaks. Mix that in with about gallon of water and a Gatorade at the end of the day. Maybe some peanut if I'm hungry before dinner. Great video my guy looks like I'm doing it OK lol

A person at the office I work at claimed that in 1982 he was attending college in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and and went to an Eat'n Park restaurant for lunch and in walked Superstar Billy Graham and Rocky Johnson for lunch. They both ordered the same thing. One whole pineapple and one whole cantelope cut in half and a pound of raw ground beef. And they both cleaned their plates. He later saw them that evening at the Cambria County War Memorial Arena.

Maven, I just want to thank you for the rice cake and peanut butter idea. As soon as I saw it I gave it a try and I've eaten 2 of them the last 2 days at work when I felt like I am lacking a bit of energy. It tastes great and it helps closing the gap to the actual meal a couple hours later.

I am currently on the carnivore diet. I eat nothing but 80/20 grass fed hamburger along with 3/4th stick of butter each day, sometimes I have a 1lb lamb shoulder chop along with a half stick of butter. I doordash for a living and this is expensive to me but I don’t care. I feel better than I ever have and have gone from 275 to 202 in 6 months. Once I’m lean I plan to gain muscle by working out more and adding more meat and fat to my diet. Id love your opinion if you have time. Maven, you are cool as hell man. I wish I had a friend like you. So down to earth and knowledgeable.. huge huge fan!

I used to eat oats in the morning, and it was great when there was something to give it taste, but I had to stop because I found out I'm sensitive to the fiber, and it gave me a terrible case of gas. the release wasn't the worst part, weirdly, but the sheer discomfort AND the *bloating* made me cut off oats forever, which is a shame, because it really IS a good way to start the day and a pre-workout, but being a gassy aspiring wrestler, to quote Hulk Hogan, doesn't work for me, brother
That’s not a lot of calories or fat….but whatever works for you.
