Agreed, but personally I find it helpful to watch the prep work. I’m a relative novice to cooking, so seeing how an experienced cook preps is useful.

What are the serving sizes for the ingredients?
So which final simmer timing should we use? Forty-five minutes, or two hours?
The longer you allow it to simmer, the better! Especially if you have a large pot of it. But 30 minutes to 45 mins should be sufficient.

Hi, can you tell me the name of the spice you use? The one you use to have in butter ^^
It’s called Korerima . Very similar to cardamon . You can get away using cardamon
Go to a local Ethiopian market, and get “Korerima”
I can’t find Shiro😞 I checked on Amazon
You have to look Ethiopian store near you. Don't think it's sold on Amazon.
