    These videos could be half the length is she did some of the prep work beforehand. but food looks good nonetheless

      Agreed, but personally I find it helpful to watch the prep work. I’m a relative novice to cooking, so seeing how an experienced cook preps is useful.

    So which final simmer timing should we use? Forty-five minutes, or two hours?

      The longer you allow it to simmer, the better! Especially if you have a large pot of it. But 30 minutes to 45 mins should be sufficient.

      It’s called Korerima . Very similar to cardamon . You can get away using cardamon

      You have to look Ethiopian store near you. Don't think it's sold on Amazon.
