INXS are brilliant. Aussie legends with 20 years of hits. They have never been pigeon holed..but generally considered as a rock, funk, groove, pop sound. They were one of the biggest bands in the world at this time, 1987. Also known widely as the best live band in the world at this time also. I would recommend What You Need, live at Wembley Stadium in 1991 to see just how good they were.
Years ago I was working 3rd shift at a gas station and Inxs pulled in the parking lot! But only his lead guitarist with the glasses came in and ordered a bunch of coffee! There was a bus, and a couple of vans. I thought it was awesome they passed through my hometown that night.
inxs was huge in the 80's and early 90's. michael hutchence is a god, an absolute god. the best frontman of all time. you haven't experienced inxs until you see them live. it's a whole other level, and every day I miss frontman michael hutchence, every single day I cry a tear of sorrow he's not here to make more music. He's the love of my musical life.

One of the best live bands on the planet they are Australian lead singer passed away in 1997 RIP Michael Hutchence You need to do the live version at Wembley 1991 concert. Just react to Suicide Blonde, What you Need, Stairs, Disappear, Never Tear us apart, Gun In The Sky, etc etc from the same concert. In fact the whole concert is phenomenal still holds up in today standards even after 33 years later.. 🥰😂🇦🇺

INXS were an Australian band who were massive globally from the mid 80's to early 90s. This was from their biggest album Kick which had four top ten US singles. This one (#3), Need You Tonight (#1), Devil Inside (#2) and Never Tear Us Apart (#7). They were all very different tempos with different feels to them. Dua Lipa's 'Break My Heart' credits the INXS song Need You Tonight for the catchy riff.

Andrew wrote most of the music and along with Michael they wrote the lyrics.

Great reaction guys, just a tip always watch Aussie Bands doing live performances, they all come from Aussie Pub Rock roots and cut their teeth playing to harsh critics that would pelt them with whatever they could get their hands on if the band wasn’t up to scratch.
