It’s pretty horrifying what the results of poor eating has done to society. It’s unfortunate that most people interested in making these changes are older people. I’m so happy my 21yr old son has joined me in eating carnivore. He’s overweight, depressed, and was starting to pass out. He finally broke down one day crying, saying he can’t keep living this way. Just 3 wks in he no longer feels faint, has lost 20lbs, and his mood is elevated.

      I can't wait to see how lifelong carnivores will will in their 20s 30s 40s 50s 60s 70s 80s 90s 100s? 110s? 120s? 130s?
I reckon quite a few are getting started now. Berry's youngest Becket is one but surely there are many more
I hope i'll live to see some of those reaching senior citizen ages just out of curiosity. If it really is the proper human diet then what is a natural human life supposed to progress like

I am 29 years old currently and started carnivore end of january 2023. had been keto most days for a couple of years before that
the difference in wanting to exercise has been tremendous. ive been exercising regularly for months because the impulse to do it spontaneously arises since i started eatong this way.
the other major improvement when cutting out the plants has been bowel movements.
hardly ever need to wipe. Comes out clean like a wild animal. and no mire discomfort or bloating at all when i keep the plants out. return when some slip in

My mother did not have breast milk for me, and we used to eat beef maybe once or twice a year (low fat cuts). I used to have a pound of two of beef liver during my menstrual cycle. Since I started eating carnivore and upped considerably my beef intake, my desire for liver went to zero. I eat it if nothing else available, but prefer preparing meat. I am more calm and focused, plus my breasts are getting fuller and bigger while I am loosing fat in all the right places . I was ridden with a pessimistic look on life and now that is changing

Tried the "carnivore sun experiment" this summer under our unexpectedly clear Tasmanian skies. For the first time in DECADES, I have a natural tan! (I'm fair-skinned and freckly by nature.) Ketovore for about 15 months now, and I feel better at 44 than I did in my teens/twenties. And with the biologically appropriate diet, my menstrual cycles are finally normalising. I’m transitioning to carnivore to manage PMDD, I found you through your video on this topic. I’m doing so much better on a high fat diet. My mood is more steady and I can think more clearly. I feel so much more satiated and enjoy not measuring and tracking via apps. The weight loss is a bonus and soft skin. My priority is to optimise hormones, heal from within and feel good/strong. The link between hormones and mental health is so underplayed in mainstream. I’m excited and optimistic for the first time in ages.

Some women do lots of fatty meats and over time some women have adjusted their fatty meats to variations of fatty meats and lean meats (majority of people definitely had to cut out dairy, especially milk and cream they use in their coffee). Some carnivore coaches believe in counting calories and others dont. The coaches that do believe in counting calories said that they see the shift in weightloss. (But definitely cut out all dairy and coffee can be a major issue as well). So some people cut out butter and add beef fat (Tallow), olive oil or ghee. But try getting the majority of your fats from the meet.

Im 60 and after watching 100 carnivore videos i tried it. Got sick as a dog. And I mean really sick. Hunger was not a problem (if anything, the thought of eating more meat was sickening). Even cravings were not a problem. Even my poop was normal (infrequent but normal). Just TOTALLY DRAINED, SEVERE FATIGUE, headache, naseua, and brain fog. After a week, I was so sick i couldn't move or think. Did salt, potassium, and magnesium and tons of water. More fatty beef, more fat, buttered coffee - and nothing helped. Calling it Keto Flu is like calling a tornado, sever winds. The flu is bad but this is excrutiating. All these guys doing carnivore videos forget how hard it is to go carnivore and just gloss over this issue. Even tiny amounts of carbs would bring temporary, partial relief. After 7 days I gave up. I had to. I needed to be functional. If this is the true human diet and the body has no NEED for carbs, then why is my body so resistant to switching to ketones? Yes i know it takes awhile to adjust, but if this is really what the human body wants, then you would think that severe exhaustion, headaches and brain fog would not be the body’s reaction.
