Maybe you can also do concept like what can you eat with 150 Turkish lira's in one day etc. Another idea is, you can start with local in İstanbul. for example, what can you eat in Fatih in one day? (you can start with places where is preferred specificly by toursits. Places where is near Sultanahmet, Fatih etc.)
