Pls It's not shawarma...it's "döner"...it's not arabian wrap. 😤
dude what the hell is shawarma? It's DÖNER.

You guys are awesome

Türkiye anlatımınız çok güzel zevkle izledim teşekkürler
"Kebap" is the general name of the process of cooking meat, which is grill on charcoal. So it's not "kebap" nor "shawarma". It's "döner kebap". There are many other kebaps, and "shawarma" is the Arabic version of döner kebap.
Thanks for the information! 😊
Shawarma dedikleri çevirme yahu ne arapçası

very nice vlogs....!!!
Welcome to Türkiye guys but this is "Döner", not "Shawarma" :) There is no such thing like "Shawarma", it just version of döner with garlic sauce and that's all :) People just named it like this))) Especially in arabic countries and old soviet countries)) Why we named it "Döner"? Because dönmek = to turn, "döner" means "something is turning" and as you see they're cooking it and the meat is turning around))
Wow that’s awesome to know, thanks for the information ☺️
Nice review. Just came back from Istanbul a week ago. Been there for 10 days. will definitely come again.
Yes such a beautiful city!!
An amazing city Istanbul
Absolutely, we loved it!
Great vid, now I want to go to Turkey/Turkiye.
Justin, what are the Japanese characters on your shirt? Sounds like juice, but why would that be on a t-shirt? Brand?
to be honest, it’s just a fun matching t-shirt alina and I found in Ximending 😆

hey sorry for the late reply! We stayed at Istiklal Caddesi but honestly if given the choice again, we would stay at Kadikoy. It is much cheaper, more local and love the vibrant night life there!

Hello, whats the name of the airbnb that u guys stayed in
not turkey. You should say Türkiye, this is how it happened, it is described in all official documents. It should be in 2021.
So spellings or turkey are now Turkiye?
agree.
welcome Turkey :))))
Welcome to our country, I hope you liked it.
99% of the country is not Muslim, it is much lower, especially between 18-30. I don't know why it looks so high

No shawarma turkish döner
Welcome to Türkiye Justin and Alina😊. Enjoy travel in Türkiye🇹🇷😄
Thank you! ☺️

Dont repeatedly say shawarma!. It is called doner.

Why you call it Shawarma it has a name and the name is "Döner".
One thing I like about Istanbul is that the cost of living is so cheap. It's even cheaper than in Africa, a $100 hotel room a night.
I live in Turkey and the thing i wanna say is the cost is not cheap here. It's only cheap for tourist bcs our money is worthless. Unfortunately, it is really difficult for those who work and live here to make a living:(
@@rumeysabahadirher şeyi biliyorlar ve umurlarında değil. Elin yabancısına ağladın da ne oldu? Eline ne geçti? Enflasyon mu düştü?
The 99% rate is probably the funniest lie told to us Turks by the state in years. While I was studying in high school, nearly half of the class had different beliefs (deist, atheist, agnostic...). Of course, this may vary depending on the city or even the district you live in. I think currently the rate of Muslims in the country is around 85% at most.
🤙😎
🤙🤙🔥
There is no dish called shawarma in Turkey. Shawarma is a type of kebab that is native to Arab and Levantine cuisine. So the name of the Turkish dish is doner. I’m at the third minute of the video and I hear another wrong information. The country is not 99% Muslim. It is hard to find a real statistic about this because it is something that is written on the identity card blabla. if you are going to a country and making a video to inform people, do it right. you seem like you can’t do it
thats not şavarma thats döner 🤨
şavurma ??? This is döner
I am always again surprised to see how tourists enjoy the cheap street food in central areas of İstanbul like Sultanahmet or Taksim. There is certainly good food in Turkey (although the taste and quality of ingredients is generally somewhat lower than in the past because of agricultural industrial production being dominant), but I know few Turks and foreign residents who would still eat with pleasure döner or kumpir from these street corner places. Cheap meat of unknown origin is used, sometimes even smelling badly. Next time try the more classy restaurants, and you will see what Turkish kitchen is.
34:39 🤣
Saltbae is Turkish btw
Wtf. shwarma is not turkish
No Shawarma lan DÖNER

I'm going to guess that Justin is a Scorpio and Alina is an Aries.
They scam you on the ice cream price. Need to ask price first 😂
Please edit your map
There s no armenian highlands!
they call the doner sharma they will kill me
Lmao funny story abt the minaret numbers but it’s just a story
The real history: An architect cannot build a mosque that has more or equal number minarets than the mosque in Mecca, but sultan Ahmed ordered a mosque with 6 Minarets & at the time Mosque in Mecca had 6 minarets so he ordered one more to be built there.
Ahmed died 27 years of age just after cpl months his mosque was completed.
