I recently bought neca shredder and he scales well with this line ..yeah I'm all about scale size I don't worry about certain toys lines I just want them to size up like the cartoon on my shelf
The game is a blast. It has so many characters. It made me want more NECA figures. It has so many gags. The Foot are doing all sorts of goofy things. Monkey throw stuff at you. It is so much fun. Played for two hours and it reminded me of the days in the arcade. Enjoy. It’s a fun time.
I have a Michaelangelo so far and these are pretty cool. I wish the colors were a bit different, but not a huge deal. Especially for Donatello would have preferred a darker purple as opposed to that lylac shade.
a bit of a fun fact here, all four turtles had nothing but red bandanas when they all made their first comic book appearance, the only thing separating them from one another being the lettering on each of their belts .
Idk about it being for kids. The other properties in this line are ac/dc, lord of the rings, ozzy osbourne, beetlejuice, buddy the vampire slayer and napoleon dynamite. These are most definitely aimed at adults who grew up in the 80s and 90s for a nostalgia buy. Not really for collectors of highly articulated action figures and even less for kids.
I have these guys and the black and white pizza set and I think they're a bunch of fun! Really fun to pick up and play with, and way less scary to risk breakage than my NECA movie Turtles...
I originally wanted the Neca version but I haven't had any luck finding any for a decent price. First time I saw these, It was a hard pass, but after coming back again to the store I bought Leonardo. Not bad, but it has loose joints and the katanas are cheaply painted so I repainted them, and soon will repaint the whole figure.
I just grabbed the Shredder last week on clearance from GameStop last week and after playing the new game I'm gonna have to indulge my childhood and buy the rest of the line.
I bought the Beetlejuice from this line twice...the QC is just...bad...the first one, his hair wasn't glued on straight, so I returned him and got a second one. Both figures had super loose joints. Specially the butterfly joints.. his cut thighs are loose and forget making the figure stand on its own...as the knees are so loose it just falls over. This toyline I think would be better kept in box...
Good call on these working as figure for the Shredder's Revenge game. I am also really enjoying that game and how it has incorporated aspects of the first NES TMNT game, the NES arcade game, and Turtles in Time. Great channel, always enjoy all your content!
The brothers from Full Metal Alchemist you mean. NOTHING in this line will scale the way collectors would want. These are more like Funko POPs, where you can have a variety of properties you like represented on a shelf in roughly the same size.
I plan on getting these and customizing them each. Cheap figures and would not mind grabbing extra incase i fudge up since itll be my first time customizing
I bought Raph today (coz he's my favorite) and I counted 29 articulations in total... 30 if you include the moving shell... all in all I think I'm gonna get the other 3 down the line coz I think they are the best we got in many years. thanks for the video
I don’t care if the articulation is decent to ok. The fact that it has over 30 points of articulation plus accessories, and for only £18 a piece, is a steal! Puts NECA and McFarlane Toys to shame with their overpriced shite!
I can't help but to love and hate these. The brothers seem to be the weak point of the line. I hoping to get a new set of the 4 at some point but for their price my complaints are very minor even the way they are.
If I’m starting my kids on turtles I’ll buy them the playmates reissues, these figures being an official release KO of sh figuarts are somehow worse than actual knock offs, I will say they are a nice fidget toy if you want something to mess around with in your hands
@@Redbearart at the very least know what you’re saying. You honestly think a company granted a license to make toys by Nickelodeon would be allowed to then copy and sell toys from another company who made them in the past?

These figures are at my Walmart on clearance for $7.75 each. May get them all when they drop to $5. Already got all the Neca line.
Dang, I wish I could shop at your Walmart, I had trouble finding them at all. I'd like to get some extras for customizing purposes.
Hi.. where is the link for your Walmart figures? Do help
@@trying4592 It's only in store my guy
Bought the Shredder yesterday went from 20 to 15 to 8 buck... and got the 4 pk none color set for $25 at Walmart too
These look fun to fiddle around with. Seeing since they're so cheap, I might get Donnie and let him be my new desk toy.

No. They all had red bandanas and you could only tell them apart from
Their weapons. They never had monogrammed belts till the 80s kids cartoon.

Its funny seeing the comic bloody ones with smiles on their faces lol
They look nice. I just wish that they were a darker green like the cartoon

The grapple I would cut the plastic paint it and attach some black cord to make it more usable

Thanks for the look at these figures! I was definitely considering picking up at least a Raph. Now, I might pass on them altogether.

I had a rough Beetlejuice as well. And it’s a bummer because I’ve been waiting years for that toy line.
@@ToyShiz Makes me think twice about picking up anymore from this company tbh..
I'm looking forward to the casey Jones and shredder bst axn figures.

The BST AXN Full Metal Alchemist figures suffer the same issue with Edward and Alphonse being the exact same size.
The brothers from Full Metal Alchemist you mean. NOTHING in this line will scale the way collectors would want. These are more like Funko POPs, where you can have a variety of properties you like represented on a shelf in roughly the same size.
I'll just use these as the figuarts' stunt figures.

Lo que más me gusta de estas figuras es que se ven muy coloridas, tienen ese estilo de la serie del 87, más que todo eso, y pues si, están muy bonitas
I’m going to get these and make a stop motion crossover with the 2012 tmnt action figures
In a way these seam to be like the 07 movie figures
GameStop has a deal running on these
These figures are great I just don’t like how Ralph’s weapons are rubber
I have raph rn the other turtles are coming may 30th som reason
I want all of these guys, but when I get them I will paint their eyes white
They look fun, hope i can find them soon. But i refuse to pronounce BST AXN as "best action".

I have the Mikey one i got it at ross for 15 $ plus tax
I got these at ross for $10 each.
In your opinion which is the best comic accurate TMNT figures? And any insight into any new comic versions that might be coming out?
Anything NECA. Unknown atm. Hopefully they’ll rerelease one day.
@@ToyShiz it's the answer I expected but was hoping for something different. Thank you and love your content. Keep up the great work!

Kinda want to pick these up.
The Heads alwys look wrong to me ... not sure why ... maybe too small?
Know what you means. They’re kinda smooshed looking. But accurate to that design as translated to plastic .
Too much fuckin neck
Cronin Shores
Shana Burg
These don’t look like the best Turtle figures but they look like a good cheaper alternative
Where can I find those online

Happy for TMNT collectors that there are so many figure options out there currently. I downloaded this game yesterday. Haven’t played it yet.
All the face sculpts are the same?
Reilly Turnpike

The figures aren't that good, but they work for a kid who loves Ninja Turtles
Lebsack Motorway
I just the face sculpts were better
I just picked up this set at Ross. Definitely worth $9.99 each

They’re not knock offs, they’re using the same artspecs as the sh Figuarts to make the figures.
