do you mean that only the HDMI input 4 can handle the 1080 resolution from the source? and the rest of HDMI input 1-3 will not work with 1080 signals? if so does it mean that I won't be able to connect my 3 cameras as they have a 1080 signal? thanks

Do you know if the output for the hdmi and rca are both 1080p, or is the resolution something else?

the 4k in the title is misleading. People will think it is the Roland that is 4k. Please remove this. You should know by now that you don't have to put HD or 2k in the title.
