We just finished fasting the month of Ramadan, during that month I did not do high intensity exercises and was following everything you offer and I decided to do it successively after the end of Ramadan, you are always one of my favorite trainers، I will finish everything I missed starting tomorrow✌🏼

Uhuu...missed yr workout Penny. I had my mastectomy on my right breast n on the road to recovery.....going to stop until full recovery coz i had had the implant.
Love your workouts but as I’m getting older I’ve developed knee problems which prevent me from doing swats, lunges, jumping, etc. I’m, therefore , unable to do many of your workouts. I’m sure there are viewers that have the same issues. Please consider adding “knee friendly” workouts. Please!!!
