  • finally i get to maiden this bird after two weeks of crap weather. this is a nice plane. had a blast flyin it, the bigger the plane the easier it is to fly cause this suckers huge and it flies tight, don't think about buying this plane, just do it, be the best plane in your fleet for sure.

    Great video my friend. Almoust vertical takeoff with perfect landing. Oh yeah. Big salute from Slovenia, Pilot Robert

    I will be completely honest with you both. I dont ever want to see anyone crash there planes. Even if it's just a dynam plane. Cheap matters nothing. The dynam 262 has a very gratifying fly envelope. Better at slow speeds compared to the freewing. Nice wide wingtips help give the dynam 262 this capability. Great job. I use a 5000mah for bit longer flight times.

    I just got mine for my birthday, currently, it’s in Florida (while I’m in Pennsylvania), but my parents are bringing it with them when they come back north. Can’t wait.

    SWEET !!! You didn't waste anytime on the takeoff, BLASTED that bird straight up off the pavement. Like that you are doing your maiden and 5 min and 30 seconds into the flight decide a why not do a knife edge in a spur of a moment decision .. ha ha . And the camera man done a great job videoing the flight, he was SPOT ON !! Nice Job Brother ...

    Flys just like mine does. Super care free. Glides very nice. You want to see fast get the freewing 262. Lol. Unreal how fast that plane is stock. Oh yeah I noticed that you were flying a 4000mah, batt. Try a 5000. 65c it really helps more than it hurts. I use the 4s 5000 admiral pro 65c. Works better than every batt I have used. Nice flight. You got skills my man.

    thx man, i actually saw the yellow on another youtube video and thought it looked good, so i can't take credit for the idea, but i did minwax it, now it looks like a fiberglass air frame. if your in the market for a new bird, highly recommend this bird. takes big batts and not much flight time but its worth it for sure!

    thank you sir, it was a little nerve racking at first, had the shakes, i was pumped to fly it, after a few passes i was all over it like kid on a smarty what a plane, you should call dean and reserve one before there gone, cause it takes them months to get it in. it's big, gotta take it to the field in two pieces.

    Hi, Thanks for video. Your Me262 sure zooms about the sky! Have just received mine, still in the box. Looking forward to assembling and flying it - when I have enough time.
    But just what is your runway? A public road?!?
    Cheers, Mike

    • @trojanmant28
      @trojanmant28  8 років тому

      It's a road that was supposed to be a sub division but it's to marshy for construction so both ends are gated off with no access for cars, I've had the plane for two years and it's still mint hanging from the ceiling. Great plane to fly , it's a rush to fly and really easy to land. Cheers!

      Great runway for free! Wish I had one like that. Thanks again for sharing, and answering.

      Mine nosed up and rolled square on its nose on the maiden. Too much vulgar display of throttle on take-off... and perhaps my CG was a little off :( Can you please tell me what position you have the elevator in on the control horn? Please. I don't want to crash it again. thanks. god bless.

    • @trojanmant28
      @trojanmant28  8 років тому

      sirlordwhitman I am using the second hole from the bottom of the elevator horn

      @trojanmant28  8 років тому

      sirlordwhitman you might wanna check the esc's I had a faulty one that made mine nose up a role, luckily I was able to ditch in the tall grass with no damage but had to replace an esc

    Does both of the motors run 4s or is it 2s for each motor?

    • @fhuber7507
      @fhuber7507 9 років тому

      Preauz Alam One 4S feeds both of the ESCs which are SOLDERED into the correct Y
      there is room for at least a 4S5000 (I've had one in there) Possibly room for larger depending on shape.
      I added a plywood "tongue" to the front of my canopy/hatch to ensure it would not have the front end lift and blow it off.
      I added a strap by slicing beside the battery on each side of the battery down into the wheel well. Wiggle a screwdriver in the cuts and they stay open long enough to get the Velcro through.
      I altered CG and horizontal stab incidence.... mine will fly inverted and can do an OUTSIDE loop. Stock can't. CG on the place the aileron servo leads bend just outboard of the engine nacelles Move leading edge of the horiz stab up 1/4 inch (cut off the alignment lugs and use toothpicks to hold alignment as glue dries. Leave the toothpicks in)
      After the mod you MUST use care applying high throttle at low speed Full throttle from a standstill will loop it (well 3/4 loop straight onto its nose) The OEM CG is to make up for this, but its the same as the full scale reproductions! Full scale originals the engines blew up if you advanced the throttle too fast and thus never saw the issue.
      Some of these come with imbalanced ESCs. Do the ESC programming for throttle range.
