Still waiting for more exhaust options but would be open to try a downpipes. Who should I get in touch with at HJS? Is their downpipes GR Corolla specific?
Did you experience any engine problem after installing the air intake ?
Is the seal between the filter and front ducting secure? I figure it really doesn’t matter since the joint is in front of the filter
Yes both seals are securely fastened to each carbon piece to the chassis. Been testing it for months now with no issues. Hands down the best system to come to the market for the GR Corolla!
does this require a tune?
no tune required. this system is completely plug and play
Any cel? With the intake and exhaust?
how come with urs theres no CEL but with other customers there are a fourm and post dedicate to it?
The CEL usually comes on after about 1200 miles but it goes away with an OEM ECU reflash. Which you should do anyway because you won’t gain much without tuning the car.
I want this so bad but I also want to fit the cusco catch can and this intake is so big I doubt it will fit
The Cusco can can be custom mounted to make this work I'm sure of it!
Are you running a different then stock exhaust on this car ?
Yes I'm running a MBRP exhaust. Will be doing a vlog on this shortly.
Recording with just a cell phone mic doesn't do this beauty any justice. I can't really hear anything special, or anything different than stock, for that matter.
Can you run a better quality external mic and give us the true sound of the intake? Please? 😊

none whatsoever. I've been testing the prototype unit since January to the production unit for about a month now and both have no CEL or any issues. Truly a marvel system
They are known to throw check engine lights and they came out with a fix for it but then it turned out it wasn't a fix so they are still working it out. Stopped me from getting one too

No tune required that’s correct
Meh, nicer looking than the MST but if your looking for sound this isn’t much better than stock for the money imo
Both the MST and Eventuri are quite different in nature. The MST is an open intake whereas the Eventuri is a sealed system. With a sealed system you get colder and more direct air into the system for better performance gains, but with sealed the sound is quite suppressed as well compared to open but the intake os quite audible under load. Just depends if you’re after Peformance more or Sound.
