Wowwwww! I made the lower carb version of this using almond/coconut flour in the crust and truvia sweetener and it is absolutely amazing, thank you for sharing your take on pumpkin cheesecake. 10/10!
@@saltandpepper986 yes, I did convection bake @ 325 F/ 160 C degrees for 15 min and it was softer when it came out then had the perfect amount of hardened crust after about 30 mins cooling time🙂 I waited till cool to put any cheesecake filling
@@_BRIELLE99 sounds good, I prefer the texture and nuttier flavor of a crust that’s been at least slightly baked off even when using a no-bake filling.
It's on the softer side because it doesn't have gelatin so I'm really not sure. Try looking for a similar recipe with gelatin! Or you could make this recipe, freeze it, and unmold while frozen ❤️
