It's so nice to see someone take pride in their work instead of all the "will it start" videos. Beautiful work Man. Your videos bring back some cherished memories of days past for this 76 year old rider.
I am really impressed with the job you did here, mate. I mean, really! And every time I watch a video you've done; I'm learning something new. Thank you for making these videos, mate, you're an awesome guy! I had no idea a CB550 would or could sound and look so good. You've got a special gift, mate.
You missed a major part by not showing where to adjust points gap before starting. Generally, 90 or 180 deg after TDC points will have max opening (unless you use a dwell meter and set 54%) Otherwise, all good. CB 650 has completely different carbs to 550, adjusters are under carb tops, like the 77/78 FourK

Great points👍🏻 I noticed that as well. Thanks for watching
@@lylesgarage Got here from your Facebook Vintage Honda post. 👍
@@lylesgarage Real easy to overlook something, it's why I don't make video's and the 'instruction' one I tried years ago was less than stellar 🙄
Well you didn’t do the ride
The cell phone camera footage came out way too shaky, it was unwatchable. I probably need to invest in an actual camera🤷🏼
