Hi! Thank you so much for subscribing! I'm so happy to hear you're enjoying my videos. The Arts District is an excellent neighborhood to live in -- there are restaurants, bars, breweries and plenty of things to do. It's very trendy and also centrally located and well-connected to many other parts of LA. It's not the safest part of LA (it is a bit urban) but that said, I wouldn't call it unsafe or dangerous, you just have to be used to a more 'city' feel. It all depends on the type of neighborhood and 'vibe' you're looking for! If you would like a video covering the best neighborhoods in LA to live in, please let me know and I can add that to my upcoming schedule! 🙌

Good well produced, but short video. Would have been helpful to include a map at the beginning with the boundaries of the Arts District for reference.
And maybe mention how you can now easily get to the Arts District via the recently opened Little Tokyo-Arts District Station on the LA Metro.
