First video of my Dragon Age video series. This is a tribute to Solas and the friendship my Lady Lavellan had/has with him. I guess it’s a bit weird because I only stumbled over romance videos with him and her.
But I saw her and Solas as friends with a deep connection. That’s the reason why I was so inspired and I wanted to show the tragic side of this friendship.
And of course I’m not ok with Solas’…plans but I think his character is very, very interesting and complex. And I do hope that you'll have the chance to show him a different way.
And yes, I’m very late at the party. XD I guess not many will see this. But if you watched it, I would be very happy about a comment or a Like.
I fell in love with the Dragon Age franchise so quickly. I had to show my love somehow.

I was so inspired and had to express my feelings somehow. :D I mean the romances are beautiful, no question, but the friendships are also so special and they are one of the main reasons why we get so attached to the game. I’m so happy that you like them so much, because I have a big soft spot for the friendship tributes. :D

My relationship with Solas has been all over the place really across all my characters. My first Inquisitor, a warrior Qunari, wasn't fond of the fade and anything that came out of it and was super cautious about magic, so their relationship had its ups and downs, but him and Solas still ended up good friends in the end. Felt super natural too as the actual friendship came 1 mission before the endgame so its like they really had to work through everything to get to that point, like "yeah, we don't agree on everything, but we've been through hell together and I've really come to know you. I'm here for you no matter what and I know you are too". Second Inquisitor was curious about the fade and magic in general (was a dwarf), so their friendship progressed quickly and was strong. My female Lavellan didn't get with him, but they were friends in the end, she had his back and his hers. And my Mage Qunari punched him in the face, so that should tell you all you need to know
And then Trespasser happened...oof

Ohhhh I’m very sorry but I guess it was also the intention. Because this friendship has a very tragic side. (I also think this particular friendship is so interesting on so many levels.) I really love your friendship videos, I feel like not enough spotlight is on friendships in the inquisition. However if I may, I feel like the music is sometimes too loud to hear the words said. :) :)

Oh, that’s a pity and I’m sorry about that. I knew that the audio was sometimes a bit low due to the background music of the clip, therefore I can see where you are coming from. I always watch every tribute to make sure you can understand everything and I could hear every word but maybe my headset is just very sensetive and picks up every sound. Nonetheless I will pay extra attention to the next tribute :). I hope it was just for a moment so you could catch up and still enjoy the video. I’m very sorry about that and hope it will be clearer with next one (Yes, there will be a next one :D).

I love this so much. Like others have said there are far too few friendship videos.
I'd like to see a male human Inky & cassandra friendship one actually, because seeing m/f friendships is so rare.
This is basically how my human mage) Inky feels about Solas and his betrayal still hurts.

I started playing the whole DA games just 3 weeks ago. Once I reach Inquisition, i will not romance him. But i love playing elves. Maybe i will have an elf romance Cullen instead 😊 ❤

Haaaah~ In meinem ersten Durchlauf hatte ich auch nur die Freundschaft mit ihm, das Video hat mich dran erinnert, dass das eig auch schon sehr schön war und man die Romance gar nicht zwangsweise brauch ^^ Das Video ist schön zusammengeschnitten. Schöne Clips und Dialoge und so. Es ist nur leider so schade, dass immer wieder die Geräusche oder Musik ausm Hintergrund durch kommt und dadurch der Fluss n bissl gestört ist.

Hallo! Ja, ich finde die Freundschaft schon sehr stark und emotional. Natürlich legt die Romanze da noch eine zusätzliche tragische Ebene hinzu, da es nochmal einen Unterschied macht, aber ich finde wirklich, dass die Freundschaft allein schon das Ende sehr besonders und aufwühlend macht. Freut mich, dass mein Video dich wieder erinnert hat und vielen lieben Dank für deine Worte!
Ok, das tut mir natürlich leid und schade, dass es dich abgelenkt hat. Das wollte ich natürlich nicht. :/ Ich dachte eigentlich, dass es nur ein paar Mal auffällt und Geräusche wie Wind etc. empfand ich beim Schneiden gar nicht störend, aber jeder empfindet das natürlich anders (hab es eben mit Kopfhörern auch nochmal laut angehört) . Deshalb natürlich schade, ich bin leider nicht ganz so bewandert wenn es darum geht, Audio nochmal auszubessern und Hintergrund Geräusche zu unterdrücken, da muss ich mich noch mehr einlesen/reinfuxen ':D. Ich hoffe, du konntest es dennoch ein wenig genießen. Vielen Dank für deinen Kommentar und Kritik! Hab noch einen schönen Tag!
