You did a great job making this video! Thanks for the info about those pens…. I’ve been looking around the internet for options, and your technique/pen looks like the way to go. Thanks for sharing :-)
Thank you so much for this video it is wonderful and just what I needed.I particularly loved the verse you chose as it blessed and encouraged my heart enormously!
My granddaughter is getting married and she acquired this awesome fake white leather jacket because it's supposed to get chilly later on..... and on the inside of the collar she wants me to hand paint "September 25 2021" now I'm crazy, crazy artistic but I have never used fabric paint .what do you suggest? I know it cant be heat set except maybe with a blow dryer. I haven't seen it yet but I'm assuming it's a plastic type surface so I'm not even sure if it's going to soak in..... you got any brilliant ideas !!!
The pens I used are permanent, so it should not wash out. I don't know how they hold up over a lot of washings, but they do well after a few. Thanks for watching! :)
I love how the short strokes look a lot like stitching, as well! ; great job!
Thanks for watching! :)
Thank you! This was very well done and is most helpful as I continue my hand lettering and fabric arts journey.
Thank you for the kind comment! :) I'm glad my video was helpful.

sorry, i just saw this! thanks for the suggestion. :) do you mean painting lettering on canvas? the texture of canvas would tear up brush pens.

Hi! For that I would suggest using paint pens... They even make some specifically for a leather type material. :)
Hi, does it wash off when you wash it?
The pens I used are permanent, so it should not wash out. I don't know how they hold up over a lot of washings, but they do well after a few. Thanks for watching! :)
Can I ask you what the name of the fabric you used? Thanks
Does letters transfers in other side?
Thanks for watching! Yes, unfortunately the pens do bleed, especially on thinner fabric.
Music distracting, hard to hear you. Very helpful video content though.
thank you for the feedback! i will keep that in mind for future videos. :)
Very helpful, but you need to learn to edit your videos. Wasted times turns watchers off!
