Formidable launches herself and destroys all the supports while screaming at you to not call her heavy
Aah yes azur lane
Hello azur lane player!
Hms formidable is much heavier
Than the rest of her sister
@@lemon5155 "Those supports didn't break because I was heavy, OK?"
Hello there my fellow shikikans
Yeah 😢😆
Please refrain from calling the young lady 'heavy' or 'lumbering'. She merely had a bit of a tumble that day.
I'll give that photographer all the credit in the world for hustling to get that perfect shot.
Formidable simply just cannot wait to see her shikikan.
The mighty heavy Lady.
Now, now, do not call her heavy. She dislikes that. They'll air strike you for that ;)
@@ArcticuKitsu *correct*
@@WelshWerewolf Yeah, don't call the "Heavy" Lady heavy
"Who are you calling 'heavy' hmmmmmmmmm?"
Formidable was too excited to meet her Skk.
Great piece of visual history. The excited narrative is very much "of the era"!
The HMS Formidable launched herself as if it was a living being
Well as you can see, she's a little bit excited
skk jokingly called her heavy, thats why
Formidable: hey, I'm not heavy, I just wanted to touch the water, nothing more
The excitement grew too much for her to keep still. Eager to have a go at the ocean she walked herself off the slip.
0:20 Shout out for Lady Wood, taking prompt and decisive action. 😥
Hello every shikikan
L U M B E R I N G
In Azur Lane lore, she's HEAVY
She just couldn't wait to get started.
Went Early Access
Still best girl!
Shikikan of culture
@videoplayback You're right. I also like USS Baltimore, who is best Tomboy ship.
urusai urusai urusai
Hello fellow ssk
My fave is Duke of York. What do you expect. Im a goth.
She's not heavy, she's really cute.
**equips Ragtime, just in case**
So this is the slow ahead ep6...
slow ahead ep6: historical version
bro why is the announcer so happy that 20 people were injured and 1 died
Estas botando un portaaviones amigo, las bajas pueden esperar
Because it couldve been SOOOOO much worse.
A whole aircraft carrier lauches herself with around 30 shipyard personnel under her and only 1 person dies, absolute miracle, not a great one as someone died but still a miracle
My great great grandad workedbon that ship
was formi still heavy when she was a kid?
What did she think about the shikikan?
Damn, she heavy!
Because the supports were made of Wood
I'm impressed that Lady Wood was paying attention and reacted fast enough to christen Formidable before she really started going.
That's one lumbering ship.
She just couldn't wait to see her shikikan and had to break everything for it
the guys on the slipway were knocking out the supports pre launch, someone knocked out the wrong support
So that's are the origin of the "Heavy Formidable" memes
Lady Formidable, you were in such a hurry to touch the water?
So this is why she breaks everything she sits on
And... That's how a meme was created 😂😂😂
I got Azur Lane ads before watch this clip lmao 🤣
'
who is a word '' HERSELF '' on this old film...
HMS 'formidable' Launch Herself...
where is herself
The very last word in this video.
I just think the ship thought 'I've got a war to fight!' and so the ship launched herself.
"And with little checks swinging from side to side" 💀
Do you even see the size of those checks??
"Although at one point she swayed from side to side she was so perfectly balanced on the slipway" 💀
In my head I saw that differently...
Now I understand the reference. She's not heavy. Those boxes are just poor quality
This is why she is heavy
Depending on whether you speak English or French, the name of this ship has two completely different meanings! LOL
Could you explain further? Translate didn't help.
For Spanish, this is a Cognate, the word is the same in both languages but pronunciation is different
So this is what she mention in "Azur Lane" game
Ugh now im all wet and soaked
"這就是為什麼我喜歡研究歷史"--碧---------藍航線-
This is where it came from
yes She's HEAVY
Heavy
You know, when the first time i heard about "Ship that launched herself" I though the ship went airborne.
原來這就是肥恐龍的由來啊

Is it me or there's many references to Azur Lane's HMS Formidable here?.
Its a running joke
She's beautiful...
Formidable over here hearing about ww2 like, "oh just let me at them already"
I got her today.
heavy lady
Azur lane led me here
22 and 1
I love the conment section here
I wonder what went wrong to cause this ?
Bit of a late reply, but whatever.
The reason is that the company that built her, Harland & Wolff, had never built an aircraft carrier before, so they had little experience in building the necessary drydock support, as seen in this video. It is essentially 'new guy underperforms due to lack of experience'.
@@Hastur_the_King_in_Yellow A big hull is a big hull.
@@Hastur_the_King_in_Yellow H&W stumbled a bit here but Formidable was well built as the Italians and Japanese found out.
@@davidgriffin7649 I'm not arguing against the quality of her construction, I'm highlighting her builders' inexperience in regards to adequate structural support for a large capital ship.
Agir: pig 😂
Hahaha lumbering
what I learned. The British had an aircraft carrier.
Pro Tip: Never use Wood
My dad’s ship.
azur lane brought me here😅
