the author has quite an ability for the writing of characters making them unique in some way. i like how in your adventure you are going to discover different aspects that make the personality of everyone. i want to play the game so bad and i discovered it like 3 days ago haha

The main proof however that she is alice 01 from bs 1 and not another copy is in the winterbell area where you go to the teddybears you will get a cutscene. In one of them it shows a woman in prickett's sillohoute and her stabbing herself because she is sad to see Grimm suffer. Tldr: She is not the lewis carol alice but the one we met back in BS1 before leaf intervened. So she is the "real" alice or rather the one we know of.
I suspect that Pickett isn't just Alice 01 but Alice 01 is in fact a fusion of TCO and the real Alice Liddel. In one of the memories it's stated that she was brought into wonderland in her old age and since she, Prayer Master and Carroll were friends at the time until Prayer Master betrayed them by allying with Mary Sue, it's likely that she tried to rescue Grimm once Carroll became a part of him but Mary Sue killed her at the intro of BS1, afterwards she snapped after both dying and becoming consumed by her role as Alice that part of her split, creating Pickett who is more Alice than TCO while the main part of TCO went insane and got as many Great Ones to join and become actors in it's now twisted version of Wonderland.
Well Tenma a popular Vtuber has played though BS1 and has been cosplaying the girls as she goes. She played as Leaf then Victoria and didn't get the chance to make another rig due to a concussion but I think she'll continue her cosplay trend into BS2,likely happening in a few months. I'll love to see Prickett as a Vtuber it fits her bubbly and loving personality.

Red Hood spends the game looking for a way to cure you and comes in clutch to save your ass in multiple endings. She even wants to bear your child. Dodo's dream sequence is so precious and pure that it could bring a grown man to tears. Bill wants to become an undead to be with you forever and makes you FUCKING LUNCH BOXES Leiden will turn Unis into a smear on the wall.
