I think you should have included Bear Creek
Bear Creek is a really nice are for sure. It's not on my list just because of the big HOA and high price point but it is beautiful!
@@livingintemeculacalifornia HOA is terribly high if you buy a condo or townhouse. A free standing home has much lower HOA around $300 a month. HOA on townhouse or condo is about $800 a month.
