Funny, there is shortage for big jobs there but all the construction is more homes and shopping etc which means more people will be commuting which means even more traffic. So lots of construction will just mean a worse situation. I am not sure more construction will makes things better even after the work is complete.
You real estate guys that make these videos are always sort of guilty of the same omissions. Not just you it's pretty much everyone. Every second sentence is about either the commute or the traffic and I think throughout the video you mention "your families" close to several dozen times. I don't know if you're aware of it or not but not everybody has a wife and kids nor wants to have a wife and kids and not everybody is a retiree. Your pitch seemed to be exclusively 100% geared towards the working guy who's worried about traffic on the 15 freeway and/or the retiree and the family Guy. When you make these videos you should at least address the possibility that a single unattached male or female might be coming to the area that you real estate guys pitch and are not interested in retirement communities and shopping and commute times and golf. You might for example say something like "if you're a young single professional looking for nightlife looking for bars and nightclubs and strip joints and partying" then Menifee has this that or the other thing and or Menifee does not have this that or the other thing. It would make your videos more inclusive rather than exclusive for the demographic that you're pitching. In short, your video said absolutely nothing about being a younger professional person unattached looking for things to do at night. Not golf, not pickle, not hiking but partying bars clubs etc. Something to keep in mind for future videos. I still have not gotten any information on UA-cam from any of the real estate agents and you're not the only one that has a real estate channel in Menifee, but have not heard a single word directed towards a single person. Single person meaning unattached and looking to run around and have a good time. Imagine for example a 30 something guy coming from New York. I'm assuming you know what nightlife means but maybe I'm wrong. Maybe you don't know what that means.
Thanks for the comment. This area is the suburbs, there is not much of a crazy nightlife or bar seen especially in Menifee. The best option for someone looking for that is the Old Town Area in Temecula. They have some night life for sure and some fun bars/restaurants/speakeasys but it's not huge. Only a handful of places in Menifee open past 10PM on a weekend. That's why I try to mention if you are looking for more of what a big city has to offer, you can easily make a trip out there, about an hour away to downtown SD, Carlsbad, Riverside, OC, etc.
@@livingintemeculacalifornia That's not a good answer or a good option. You really think that somebody who's going to go out at night drinking partying is going to be in a position to drive 88 miles to Hollywood or 80 miles to San Diego. There is no nightlife in Orange County by the way it San Diego and Hollywood. A more honest answer would be to create a video where you were to say not something silly like all you have to do is drive in our to go out at night. That's absurd. That's like telling somebody who lives in Pennsylvania and the Poconos all you have to do if you want to go out to New York City is drive 90 miles into the city. Very impractical and very unrealistic. The best way to word your videos even though you're trying to sell real estate is to say "if you're single this is not a good place to live. The pool of single people here in their 20s and 30s are very small indeed. The population of Menifee and Murietta consists of around 99.9% marry people and elderly couples. If you're single and you're looking to meet other single people in their 20s and 30s your best bet is not to move to Menifee. Yes you can get more house for your money but so what. Be sitting in a house by yourself not positioned around your own demographic. It's better to purchase a condo or pay a bit more rent and live in downtown San Diego or West Hollywood then it would be to buy a big sprawling Houston Menifee just to get more square footage. This area is primarily geared towards people with families and elderly retirees. So if you are a single person this is definitely not going to be a fit for you unless of course you're not interested in meeting anybody your own age and in your own demographic". That's an honest answer and an honest way to put it. Is more to selling a house. You have to be honest with your clients. Some areas are good fits for retirees. Some areas a good fits for families and some areas are simply not and it's better to be direct and blunt about it then say something nebulous and silly like all you've got to do is get in your car and drive two hours and you'll be in Hollywood. No one is going to do that.
facts on facts on facts your videos are always on point!! 🫡💯🙏🏼🔥 also have you heard anything about Menifee is supposedly planning on creating the ethernet express would you happen to know any more information regarding this? Supposedly it’s going to link Ethanac Rd to the 215 to the 15 freeway /breaking through to the 74/Perris then to the 15. thanks again for your amazing videos and for the help in the past with my properties you truly are an amazing person and your work ethic goes above and beyond thanks again, bro🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Very accurate video. I grew up in Temecula and agree with everything in this video

Fair points, I guess we shall see soon!
I wouldn't wish that commute upon my worst enemy. It's not worth it anymore.
It's tough for sure but for some people it's the best thing to do for themselves and their family

I have heard of the same but no details on when that will happen.
