Everyone have different context about weakness . You can't satisfy with your answer to that question as they may think you are arrogant as they think you are non listener . So I would say rather that weakness is personal trait which shouldn't be revealed as in this World people use for their advantage . I think HR should move on from this type of question

Hello ma'am your videos really helped me alot. But can you make a video about quality analyst (QA) interview.
Mam there was 2 round for group discussion, 1st is general and 2nd is technical. But in 1round I am not even say words but in second round I gave the answers confidently....will they select me or not.....what they see knowledge about topic or my confidence????
During an interview i told the interviewer that my weakness is that I get bored when i do the same kind of job daily he laughed with me and said you have the same weakness as i have.🤣
Can we say I reach at last moment sometimes as a weakness ?

Hi Ruby, There are always opportunities coming on, you need keep track on that, yes there are telecom job, make sure to follow or watch out companies on LinkedIn (Ericsson, Airtel & Jio). these 3 employers hire fresh graduates in good number. Jio has specially been in a very good financial position in this lock-down, so try getting in an Internship with them and that will open the doors easily for you.. Jio has culture of hiring through references, if you can find someone who can refer you there, it will be good.
Otherwise as well keep networking on LinkedIn, these companies often post opportunities.
