A number of needlework shops sell Kreinik Custom Corders. My suggestion is to do a Google search to find where they are available.

I honestly find this easier than a flatfold, and it uses half the mat board 😊

Love your tutorials. Just one suggestion - before you start lacing I would run a basting stitch along the edge oh the curved end. Gently pull the thread until it fits the board and then tie the thread off. This helps it look a little smoother on that curve.
I've tried that method too, it just sometimes gets a little bunchy for me. But it's a great alternative! 😊
