E version was $10 which wasn’t too bad but I don’t think that would be the best experience. Especially when you start to move quickly later a physical book is a much better experience. The library is a great idea. I think I’m going to ask my local library to pick it up if they don’t have it. Best of luck in your hunt!!
Choose your own adventures made me crazy, because you died too easily. I'd cheat and check to see what the future held, and then go with the most hopeful result. Always felt like the authors were trying to trick me. This is very intriguing though. Getting Kafka lost in the Back Rooms vibes. I appreciate the low tech.
Very much a back rooms vibe. Totally peaked a few times at choices that seemed “bad”. I avoided showing any of the really strange stuff so it can be a surprise. Its crazy how much reading this feels like playing a computer game. Sort of like Wizardry in a way. Bring your pencil and paper for sure. 😆
I really liked how quickly you could move through spaces you’d already visited. Then when you find something crazy you’re excited slow down and read Wade’s responses.
It really is amazing. I just got to a “real” ending and things went in a super weird wonderful direction. There’s still doors I can’t access yet. I can’t wait to figure out the code. I really think you’ll both have a great time with this one. Bring a pencil and paper. You will need them.😁
This looks too fun imma hit the like read it if I can find it right now and come back, just subscribed too very cool channel 👍
Its super fun and addictive and crazy. Closest thing I’ve ever seen a book come to a computer game. Thanks for stopping in, great to have you!
@@literallybooks seems semi impossible to find a free version online but the dude deserves it so Imma buy it if a library near by doesn't have it

I used to love the choose-your-own's as a kid so totally gonna check this out, thanks for the review! :)

Ooooh, this sounds amazing! I'm going to get a copy for my daughter and I to play!
