When the pan is starting to get hot, pour the batter and spin, then when you’re done spinning the pan will be hot
Sprinkle some cold water on the pan. You can watch some videos where dosa (Indian pancakes) are being made.

I used the crepe pro recipe on the website and my batter wasn't half as thick as that! 😱
To help it thicken, make sure you leave it the fridge to cool for at least 30 minutes!
