Take one round shape steel cup..hold on top..press around..move the cup ..or you can use ..big spoon which is having cup shape at one end ..pour batter in it ..spread evenly..
It's just a domestic take. The plate is sat on a gas ring, and its not centred, so she has uneven heating, which is why they are blonde on one side. I have a double commercial crepe maker, which has even heating. Again, she's not a pro as she breaks a lot of health safety rules. The video is just helpful, and if you're only knocking a few out for the family, it is helpful.
Thank you for the video. I baught one crepe/ pancake maker similar to tge one on thus video and sent it to my wife in Egypt. I also sent my wife the link to this video.
Nice job. My family is Breton so crepes have been a part of life for us. I too have a pro crepe griddle. Your technique is a little, different from mine…perhaps I learned a few things today. Thank you. Ry family has the great Celtic rock Groupe Plantec in Brittany…google them.
I’m so glad I watched this. I just got a crepe spreader in a blackstone kit, and this is not how I envisioned it being used 😂
This is a nice introduction for those of us at home
Ty for the intro, the desc of how to use the spreader was super helpful, lot of artistry and muscle memory at work
I've just opened a cafe and was looking for tips on how to spread the crepes
great advice, thank you!
Excellent video!

I did this but it so hard. Every time I try to spin it it brakes apart because it cooks so fast.
I have 10 inch stove can I still use this?
is your pan real heavy so it's not practical to swirl it around by moving the pan?
Super useful! Thank you very much
Does anyone know where I can purchase a Crepepro? Are they still made? I can't seem to find it anywhere.
Thank you .. you saved me
I was waiting for her shirt edge to catch fire on the hot griddle!
Thank you that’s very good👌
The crepe doesn’t seem evenly cooked. Why are the edges very pale?
lol heat source comes from the middle
Good
She's so beautiful!!!
Dip it into water before you use, it won't stick to flour.
Your hot plate is more hot on one side!

She doesn't pull her hair back, and she always touches her face and hair nose and mouth. This is how to make a crepe with hair filling.
