I’m so glad I watched this. I just got a crepe spreader in a blackstone kit, and this is not how I envisioned it being used 😂

Take one round shape steel cup..hold on top..press around..move the cup ..or you can use ..big spoon which is having cup shape at one end ..pour batter in it ..spread evenly..

is your pan real heavy so it's not practical to swirl it around by moving the pan?

I did this but it so hard. Every time I try to spin it it brakes apart because it cooks so fast.

U need more oil on the maker or the crepe recipe and u need to pour more mixture and be quicker. Also don't put pressure when u make the circles

The crepe doesn’t seem evenly cooked. Why are the edges very pale?

Dip it into water before you use, it won't stick to flour.

It's just a domestic take. The plate is sat on a gas ring, and its not centred, so she has uneven heating, which is why they are blonde on one side. I have a double commercial crepe maker, which has even heating. Again, she's not a pro as she breaks a lot of health safety rules. The video is just helpful, and if you're only knocking a few out for the family, it is helpful.

She doesn't pull her hair back, and she always touches her face and hair nose and mouth. This is how to make a crepe with hair filling.

Nice job. My family is Breton so crepes have been a part of life for us. I too have a pro crepe griddle. Your technique is a little, different from mine…perhaps I learned a few things today. Thank you. Ry family has the great Celtic rock Groupe Plantec in Brittany…google them.
