I have a question about the separation exam, I went to a C&P recently and the doctor mentioned that I was suppose to receive a separation exam which I was never told about nor received one. I’ve been trying to get disability but he said it will be hard because I have not military records- please help
They keep churning out videos and make statements like “get a copy of the C&P Exam” and Never tell how to get it much less how LONG it takes GET IT from the VBA ! Have them review ones case and they push you off on the DAV yet ALL 3 of the people in this video are “Accredited Claims Agents”. What purpose do they serve within a nation wide law firm ? .
They put everything under ptsd for me.. 30 percent. My anxiety is always through the roof.

Under BVA Direct, VA states 365 days average to complete, is that your experience at CCK?
I'm over 5 years now awaiting my BVA hearing. Ridiculous!!
