My church here in Nigeria just bought this organ, at first I was like what the heck is this as I was expecting real electronic pipe organ. But Graves made my day, I now anticipate to play on it. @EcleticOrgan
So rare! So rare to have an instrument become an extension of a person's core talent. You're a delight to watch and experience. I am in awe. I started playing the theater organ late in life and now I'm sorry I didn't keep up with my scales as a kid...lol. Wow, what a memory you have. Thanks for sharing your gift.
You are the most Excellent organists that can play.... PERFECT.. I love to play the organ..I had a great teacher and I had to do a recital in front of some women.in her house..I did a very good job..did it without ANY MISTAKES...
No, there is no sequencing of traks or banks. I do use a drum rhythm for about 45 seconds in the song, but the other drums you hear are played theater style and I am playing them with my left hand and pedals. I can save voice settings to a bank, but I have to physically change them with a kick switch, a touch bar or by pressing the bank preset. I tend to trigger the sound changes with my right kick switch. Hope this helps. Thanks
Back in the 70s when I was young I used to attend concerts by Lyn Larsen, Johnny Kemm and Sheila Flanagan. I am so glad to have found your postings!! I can relive my past through your playing!
Oh my God Lori....your playing is nothing short of fabulous! I am 68 years old and have been playing since age 7. I am awestruck by your ability! Nice work!!!
Just fantastic, what a great piece played with passion, so what if others think that this or that organ is better the truth of the matter YOU PLAYED A VIRTUOSO piece, would enjoy any piece you play. Thanks
Unbelievable talent. WOW. What a dream come true for you. How does it feel to have a musical instrument become an extension of your soul? Thanks for the inspiration.
alot of organs have presets for the different voices,That is how they have the great sound,to mimic an orchestra,All organs have more then enough presets to cause it to sound like either a church or theatre organ.Organs are the perfect home instruments,if I had the money, and the space,I would have an organ along with my mother's recent purchased piano,my family is musically blessed.I sing lyric tenor.Thank God for this music.Amen.
I really want that Bench... extreme comfort!! Quite a few harsh and even terrible comments here of people who Clearly have No idea how to play an organ, or what an organ is in the first place... Okay, I'm not a big fan of the Lowry brand, but this is played VERY GOOD, in fact AS GOOD as you can get on a Lowry organ.
Kalmon salmon It’s just a number of layered patches you could step through with midi control changes. You are paying thousands of pounds for a wooden case to put it in. The actual ‘real’ sounds on this console aren’t particularly realistic, as I’ve found to be the case on other Lowrey organs. They sound akin to something PCM or other outdated method of production. At the end of the day, just my opinion.
Richard Machin Well i guess it's love it or hate it, there's something to be said about the feel of a big great krgan vs 2 loose keyboards. And maybe she has an endorsement as well?
what a marvelous interpretation and a wonderful arrangement, ... did you performed the several layers and taped them on banks to restitute them on a roll-on scenery or is it "only" a selection of several available voices ?
GabrielTheGuitarist Haha thanks I mean the part 5:05 to 5:33. It is not on the sheets I have for the Davy Jones solo and would like to learn that part.
steveslike I definitely remember hearing that part either the 2nd or 3rd movie. I'm pretty sure Davy played it himself as well. You may have to dig around the soundtrack to find the track it was in.
I'd love to see this organ connected to LARGE commercial external speakers so as to produce the awesome power/volume of an actual 5-story pipe organ! I've heard "Pirates of the Carribean" played on pipe organ. The power is stunning. While this is beautiful work by the artist, the power of the organ leaves some to be desired. Love this though!
i honestly did not excpect her to do anything from POTC2 then she started doing the davey jones theme and i cheered!!, now she has to play it with her face......she probably can
AMS3224 It appears a to be close in appearance to my SU500, the Royale. Manufactured 2001-2004 or so. Set you back $50,000 back in the day. With a close look at the greater number of Chiclets-shaped, lit buttons over the upper keyboard, maybe the 2005 on version?
I am lucky to own a custom Lowrey organ, but the Lowrey company is no longer. Would be interested if Wersi talked to me, but I am also currently playing on an Allen 3 manual Quantum Renaissance organ at a church. So back to my classical roots for a while.
@@EclecticOrgan Thank you for the reply. I am sure that with a few well placed emails to wersi, they would love to have you as an ambassador for thier organ. Make a UA-cam video of you playing something crazy on a wersi and how can they refuse you talent and ability... To bad about Lowery (and my previous type-os).
Is there any way of getting better patches onto this organ? You've played this well but some of the voices sound really synthetic. Also I might suggest playing it at a slightly faster tempo as the melody drags a little, rather than playing the drums on the lower manual by hand it would make more sense to record and save it as a drum track.
Outstanding. This one made my regular YT playlist. Lori is an expressive musician, and plays beautifully.

BRAVO! No organist worth her salt would use sequences. That's how I learned to do it back when I was a kid, years before digital organs came to be.

That was FANTASTIC, great performance. Thank you for this. 🎹
Outstanding job, love the sound track and this really is very good. Thanks for playing this.

This is one of my favorite movies of all times and I think you did it justice, indeed :) Very well played.
Really awesome :D An awesome soundrtrack played on the most beautiful instrument in the world - what could be better?!
Absolutely incredibly beautiful rendering of this incredibly hard to play song.
FINALLY! An Organist on UA-cam :D. I have to say, as a pianist I truly envy your multi-tasking skills hahahha.
WOW! I'm speechless :') thank you very much for sharing
Incredible! One of the best renditions I've ever heard.
Very nice played and no tricks.
Greetings From the Netherlands.
Jelle
I love that some people criticise when they couldn't even turn the instrument on let alone play it
SWEET!!!! I can't wait to hear it, it will sound so AWESOME!!!
4:10 I love this part !
Unbelievable talent. WOW. What a dream come true for you. How does it feel to have a musical instrument become an extension of your soul? Thanks for the inspiration.
Very Good job of playing that awsome Lowrey Organ, don't you just love them?
Dennis
This is amazing .... Played on the roland 900 platinum would take it to the next level but... Wow!
Amazing, simply amazing
😱😱😱😱😱😱
I had NO IDEA LORI has SKILLS LIKE THIS!!!! 😍😍😍
Such a wonderfully talented lady.
You made my day. Thanks a lot
Fantastic!

i love this stuff.
Quite Impressive! love those Low Tones too! gotta have at least a 32' Pipe in that hall somewhere :-)
Thank you for the wonderful compliment. Have fun playing!
This is...incredible.
she touched my heart when she played davy jones music box.. very talented
HI LORIE , I STILL HAVE THE PICTURE OF ME YOU AND ANDY AT ROYAL MUSIC - YOUR THE BEST AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED - FRANK
This reminds me of what it would be like to see Pirates as a silent film.....
I really want that Bench... extreme comfort!!

What is special about a Lowrey organ?
Nothing special that two bog-standard Casios stacked together can’t do.
Well that's a bit simple to think. This is an entire virtual theatre organ, it's not just something 2 synths can do.

the woman with the golden hands
Love this! You are so talented and play very well. I don´t give a shit about small mistakes, we all make them. Just go on, you are good !
This organ is a joy to own.
fantastic
God I love the Davy John's theme!
“Jones”
The beautiful music
Late summer. It's a medley I have been working on for some time but other projects come up. I just need a chance to finish it.
Amazing
5:14 Is why I watched.xD
Same. I knew it would be in here. Can't play PoC and not play one of the most iconic Cathedral Organ songs of history.
GabrielTheGuitarist Forgive my ignorance but what is that part called?
steveslike The Organ of Davy Jones, Davy Jones Theme.
GabrielTheGuitarist Haha thanks I mean the part 5:05 to 5:33. It is not on the sheets I have for the Davy Jones solo and would like to learn that part.

5:57 I Can hear The Hammer Head Guy yelling HEAVE......HEAVE.....HEAVE And a Guy Yelling OOOOOOH In My Mind From The Movies

Nicely done
Perfeito!!!
Grate !!
Anyone else just watching a bunch of the music to hype up for the new movie? Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man Tell No Tale IM SOOOO EXCITED
My dream is to get an organ like this, I'm from Brazil, it's hard to find here and it's very expensive, I'm teaching myself to play the organ
je vous remercie beaucoup. Je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié.
I wish my lowrey had a full 61 note compass, I mean is it that hard to make it that way
One person...playing the best Soundtrack i've ever heard, which normally is played by a whole orchestra. Chuck Norris couldn't do it better O.o
E' un vero e proprio sintetizzatore questo organo... E che sound...
It's like having a concert in Blackpool
You need to do a full cover of davey Jones. That was incredible!
Is this piece learned from the sheet music,or is it her own version off it.Incredible good playing and not a bit easy with all those octave leaps.
This sounds like the MIDI soundtrack to a computer game like Warcraft. Sounds like about the same era of technology too.
I noticed that too.
i honestly did not excpect her to do anything from POTC2 then she started doing the davey jones theme and i cheered!!, now she has to play it with her face......she probably can
They still do, they are called the EZ line.
i wish i cud of heard this live and what do you expect from a a concert organ
Grandiose
Orion BG : Grandiose ? ? ? ! ! ! This is grandiose : ua-cam.com/video/1rbZ5LEDWh8/v-deo.html
Is there any chance of having some close ups of her feet on the pedalboard?, I would love to watch her footwork on those pedals!
Nice playing. Sounds like a casino table!
I want to buy one and live in a duplex..so I can have plenty of room for one...
State, state, state---- state of the art
Bravo
I was wondering what model Lowrey organ this is.

das is ja der absolute wahnsinn!!!
You are an amazing organist. Are you still playing on the lower organ. What type of lower is it?

4:20
also, don't know what's the sound playing and what's playback
The Liberace of the Lowrey.
What is the model of the Lowrey you are playing here Lori ?
It is a Lowrey Imperial
Lory Graves
what do you mean Chuck couldn't do better? Who do you think is blowing into those organ pipes?
No sequencing or additional tracks and no playback. Just playing the old fashioned way.
Quelle partition faites-vous référence
Tolong di masukkan juga Humas lowrry organ goespel song old song
These once came in smaller Versions and used to be called "Hobby Organs"
damn shes good
5:06 GOOSEBUMPS
@subliminalmesseges Davy Jones?

Wow...

Beautiful playing there is always some arshole somewhere
AWEEEESSSOOOOOMEEE!!! "explodes"
Now for an arm and a leg
