I have no words to destribe how great is the talent of this band by performed a song in this way, it´s marvel, fantastic, beaultiful, I get not tired of state that 80´s were the best decade of music everywhere in this world...here in Brazil, I enjoyed it a lot...
Great archive footage! The original lush symphonic LP version lacked guitars of course - but hearing Bernard playing his guitar part at the very climax now makes me wish that they could have added that to the mix as it really makes it even BIGGER sounding!
Hooky's bass sounds ace here! 80s Disco in the Philippines is not complete without this song....... This song and Brotherhood album turned me onto New Order.
I do admit to myself that if I hurt someone else than I'll never see just what where meant to be .....that Line always stuck with me. Pretty my means stick it out with thatone you know you're made for
British bands have always been good. Maybe not lately, but Britain pumps out a lot of great fucking bands. Yeah sure in the last 18 years we’ve had the strokes and mac Demarco but you guys got the libertines and shit tons of other great bands
To each their own, this and "Paradise" recorded at the same place sound great I think, the standard version of the song is toned down and doesn't sound as raw.
@@mr.kamikaze._xdBarney was the one that was really sick of it. I think the other 2 just stick with him because they don’t have a large enough following to do anything on their own as a live act.
Nobody plays the bass like Hook. His own unique style.
Hooky
Will Heggie
Love Peter Hooks bass playing on this song.
The best track ever produced by any group of this era & understated . Superb 😊
New Order don't always sound the best when they're live, but when their performances are good, they're fucking brilliant. Great stuff here.
When i leave this mortal coil, this will be playing in the chapel when the honoured guest sits down

Que sintetizadores impecáveis,Gillian gilbert realmente sabe o que faz ..banda foda demais!!New order forever...♥️🙏
i like the pure and raw sound
Unforgettable bass lines
Bernard is so bad ass he jams with two guitars (a Strat then an ES 335) all in the same song? Both great guitars! Hahahaha...
Bella!
Definitely, the song I've listened to the most.

80s Beautiful synthesizer elegant fascination pop. Glamorous music sounds. Wonderful.
Love the sound of the 80s synths
Original arrangement & sounds only. Newer versions will NEVER beat this one.
Pure, Raw, Elemental. A better time .
Exactly! kick ass bass.
“As it is when it was “ back in the good old days when they still liked each other.
Independently they will never be as good as they were together
As it is when it was is the dogs...
My favorite New Order song ....................... an inmense hug of light from Perú 💋💋💋💋💋♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹⚡☀️📣🌈😎👍...
Somente o necessario...
One of the greatest bands of the British Invasion!
I had a crush on gillian
It makes sense. :)
Hooky's bass sounds ace here!
Steve Roden it's sweet as innit 👌🏻
Someone please clone Gillian for the next generations....
and Peter Hook too
Don't forget the human drum machine and the very limited yet talented vocalist too!
Barney's the hottest by far

Yes! I love Bernard’s guitar playing, especially in the mid-to-late 80s. His riffing here was a great addition to the song.

Genius..... the best group....New Order. 👏👏👏👏
This song and Brotherhood album turned me onto New Order.
Salve New order.
Eu também .
Great video! Classic New Order
One of my favorites!! ❤️❤️
I used to love it when Studio 54 in Vegas would play it in the club.
Absolutely incredible. New Order at their peak
I do admit to myself that if I hurt someone else than I'll never see just what where meant to be .....that Line always stuck with me. Pretty my means stick it out with thatone you know you're made for
Awesome version!!!!!!!
That outro from 3:08 is brilliant
Ah, there’s that joy division dna that’s missing in newer live versions
As long as you are not referring to Hookey's haircut ;P
Masterpiece
80s Disco in the Philippines is not complete without this song.......
I like some disco, but this is New Wave.

Dang Barney actually sounds good here
He was concentrating and sober here 😂
Amazing New order!!🤗🤗
Esse jeito do Peter Hook tocar baixo é incrível
Top de mais.

Do they have that insane chorus on the bass?!?
A 1970’s electro-harmonix clone theory. Hooky’s signature sound.
Yes!
muito bom
Awesome!!!
Amazing, as they will get up after a death of Ian Curtis and Joy Division band.
FAB !
Berny quietly changed his guitar.
Lol strat and 335
Barney..
Fabulous song everyone doing a solo, since then they were so talented it's a shame that Ian left!!!

Is it official videoclip? No matter, i love you, New Order!
It's filmed in Studio 16 Rochdale so I'd say yes.

In my opinion, Hook's bass is so overrated live - too loud, distorted. The Other Two make this so special

Bernard ALWAYS thought Hooky’s bass was too loud 😊
