      Technically it’s only double extension because the ankle doesn’t “extend” by definition but for sake of your question they’re talking about full extension of the hips knees and ankles ie triple extension

    I struggle with keeping the bar close in snatch and send the bar slightly forward after full extension, any tips on that please?

    What would you say the relation between strenght and power training is?
    What i mean is when you struggle to snatch a certain weight when do you know its power related so you need to train snatch pulls vs strenght related so you need to squat?
    Is deadlift strenght the indicator? Say I can snatch deadlift 140kg but only snatch 90kg it's power related and not strenght? Does the back squat matter at all in the snatch?

      If you can snatch deadlift 140, but hardly snatch 80-90, that’s definitely power is behind. Squat and deadlift are the best strength trainings, but you should also add power training as important part of your program

      @@shenzhenweightlifting so heavy snatch pulls should be my focus?
      I didn't really focus on strengh training and didn't train the deadlift at all, the number is higher because I have long arms I think and that's why it's relatively easy for me.

      Jaza strength and power are equally important. Strength builds up power as well. The main massage of this video is that you should train power if it’s behind
