I was a teacher in high school before. In Primary school, they used to pay teachers salary of 8000 only and work load of 16 hours. I still have PTSD of over work. High school students still understand everything, so it's easy to teach them, but primary teachers are amazing, they teach students to hold pen and read and understand. Plus they have paper work which doesn't end in school as well as we take it home. Check 100s of papers, homeworks and then give detailed reports of it to Management. Also listen to swearing of parents plus management. i can totally understand this lady if she can't take the pressure. Teachers are unfortunately most underpaid employees
This is the scary face, when you are asked to serve "notice period" by not giving you immediate resignation. The madam is stresses like everyone in her case would do. I think employee immediate resignation needs to be addressed at the court. It is really stressful when you are bound under some contract. The management takes the undue advantage of the non-compete contract of employment. That's why employees suffer with rage and anger.
Ya that's true but, she already knows the salary she is getting for her job and she would have read the agreement clearly and accepted it. As you can see she shows jealousy towards the HOD madam as she is getting payed more than her for less work. But that's what the world is because experience matters and the teacher lacked experience and was very unprofessional instead of handling this in a professional way as the HOD did. Even though she had an agreement with this institution, she wanted to join other institution as they agreed to pay her higher salary than this one. So if you see this in a professional way rather than emotional, you will agree that she needs to complete her work here and she is free to go. For your update everything has been sorted out in the institution now.
bro she has agreed for the salary and work hours in case its not working she should move out.....But exposing herself before everybody for whatever reason is not helpful for her or the school
It is easy for you to say immediate resignation should be given. But think about what the organization will do if some employee suddenly says they want to quit... organization has to find a replacement immediately which is not easy. Imagine if one of your teachers suddenly stops coming to college one day...who will perform that teacher's duties? It will be a big problem.
Anyone who's laughing at her breakdown is just a degraded human being who hasn't worked a single day in their lives. I hope she gets justice soon for the mental trauma that such colleges put their staff through.

😂😂😂😂😂😂 Hilarious lol
That girl might be still laughing " why ma'am "
Students on mute laughing 😆 😅😅😅😅🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was only getting 6k even though they treated like shit, and always taunting like anything, very unprofessional and disgusting , I left tht job😂🙏
@@youshfa_Qaudir I hope you are doing great now
If I was in college, all this would have happened when I missed the class 😑
Agree
“ Pressurised environment “ 😂😂😂
The salary part was the funniest 😂
That poor teacher. She lost it completely because of how the management treated her. I really felt sad for laughing.
Gusse me idhr udhr nikal gyi ye to 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
the best part is that she continues to teach 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is happening in many workplaces, people who are more productive get far less than many unproductive colleagues.
That chee reminded me of panchayat - Cheee sasur 😂😂
That "why ma'am" was like patrol into fire 🔥
I never used to join online classes...but
That day : 🙂
u Still didn't stap capping
@@prayagagarwal5030 agree but can you imagine what the kids will lose listening to such teachers....
Man I feel bad for the teacher. This was an out burst that sounds like it was long overdue.
Plot twist: she faked anger so that they will relive her at the earliest 🤣
Her english got more fluent the more she got frustrated 😂
The students must be Enjoying this by eating popcorn 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah they must be a sadistic bunch just like you to enjoy like that 😂
the student who asked "why mam" , stole the show😂
Legend has it that, the teacher joined another reputed college for 45,000
Those two words ”why mam?" 😂😂😂
Studying Assembly and CO from these teachers would make me go sleep, i see why they are making this lecture interesting
Anyone who's laughing at her breakdown is just a degraded human being who hasn't worked a single day in their lives. I hope she gets justice soon for the mental trauma that such colleges put their staff through.
For that one you are getting 80000 i came for 35000
Legendary dialogue 🤣🙏
