As someone who's done multiple speeches, I can see why the director lost patience. The most insulting thing a person can do, is not listening to the person who is speaking for you. As someone who's done multiple speeches, I can see why the director lost patience. The most insulting thing a person can do, is not listening to the person who is speaking for you. Judging by the girl's immediate counter-behavior, the director must've warned her multiple times. If you can't sit still without talking to your friend, then you should've sat behind. The basic problem with our education system is that teachers try to conceal their ignorance with anger ,misbehaviour and lack of patience . This kills a student's interest and ability to ask questions and thus we end up with generations after generations of innovation-less labourers....Students will start learning only when teachers have the patience to listen and encourage students to speak by being intent listeners. Teachers should always remember that they are ones whom and whose ideologies students actually mimic and reiterate all through their lives...
