Princess Marina of Greece being interviewed about her forthcoming marriage to George, Duke of Kent
Princess being asked if she will stay long here (location unknown) "About four days longer, and then I will go to London and straight to Scotland for one week, then I will come back to Paris for my trousseau, I love Paris very much , although the same I am so happy to become English"
"Did you enjoy your stay in Paris."
"I loved it .I had a lot of shopping to do. "
When will you be back from Balmoral"
"Well, I think we will stay there a week, and then we will come back to Paris where I will get my trousseau , and I will get some things in England too "

It was an arranged marriage - Prince George's behaviour in his private life (drugs, sexual affairs with both sexes) was something of a major concern so the Establishment wanted to get him married and settled down asap
