- The 61st day in the trial of Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants begins with more testimony from Walter Murphy in Fulton County court.
Murphy, the alleged co-founder of YSL, has been on the stand testifying as part of his plea deal in connection with the case. Murphy has discussed growing up with Young Thug, his previous arrests and time in prison, and more.

It’s getting dumber by the minute. They ask the media not to show the next witness. But the DA show the guy with photos anyway.. 🤦🏽♀️

However, the picture appears to show their face clearly and happily. I can imagine that this must be distressing for the witness involved. They and all the gang members need to still be in jail. DK can still walk around without a problem, and so can Thug; they don't give a damn.
And he sneaks this in when the jury comes in.

So they never reached out to Dexter 2015-2023, never told him about the plea they gave to the person that was convicted of his crime. But he thinks he’s there to get “justice”??

I know, it's really sad, but it seems like that's just how it is with district attorneys everywhere. My son got attacked while he was at Georgia Southern, and we didn't hear anything about it until I called. The guy who did it was supposed to pay his bills, but he didn't until we reached out. They just want to close the case, even if it means leaving the victim in the dark. It's a shame, but it's true.
why are they only doing like 2 -3 hours of trial a day??? the judge keeps yelling at everybody about delaying but if he's so worried about it why tf they doing 1/4 days

I don't think it's a waste of time, these guys are real troublemakers. They're the ones who break the law and even go as far as killing people for no reason. It's insane! The former DA should have done something about it. The city would be a lot safer if they weren't around. I mean, who wants to have them in their neighborhood? You wouldn't even feel safe going to the gas station. Even Dekalb is not any better. I grew up on Cleveland Ave and moved to Decatur in '85. Unfortunately, things haven't really changed in either area because of these guys and their stupid behavior. It's just sad to see the parents letting them get away with it.

He’s nasty to the defense attorneys, not the state.. The state say and do as they please. Even over talk the judge disregard his ruling.. Plan out disrespectful to the courts. The lead DA finally has piped down after the Bennett lady allowed them to review all her messages and she lied on the lady. Saying the judge could kiss her you know what.. No one’s trust anything she says now.. Totally discredited herself when she did that. Good job Attorney Steel for requesting to see the text messages!!
He's starting to crank it up on the prosecutors at times. Maybe Mr. Steel's comment about "dying" helped him recognize his hidden biases.

That’s just not true. He’s yelled at the state also. Defence cop it more because they’re so unprepared and they’re wasting time. That is what the argument was the other week. They have the jury sitting around for hours on end because they bring things up at the last minute.

The Judge always seems to be against the defense.

No he’s not. He tells the state off plenty also. The defence get called out because they’re not prepared and leave things to the last minute which means the jury is then left sitting around sometimes for hours. This is why he put a stop to it last week.

To the point when the jury came back in the judge had to send them to lunch. This trial is BS!!!!!

used this victim - the victim was there to find justice, or so he thought. He had no idea about a plea deal or the name of the person who was convicted of shooting him -never heard from the DA's office.
Mr. Montgomery was a victim twice. He was looking for "Justice" and he had no idea his "justice" walked out the courtroom yesterday after during seven years. I hope an attorney sees this and sues the city on his behalf.

State Had to go THAT LOW to taint the Jury about DK.. HAD THAT MAN THINKING HE WAS GETTING JUSTICE FOR THE CRIME THEY ALREADY LET DK AND NARD PLEA TO‼️Never ASKED THE VICTIM IF HE WAS OKAY WITH THAT.SMH DISGUSTING AND LOW‼️

It doesn’t just mean he pooped he could have urinated on himself. You saw the bailiff go over to judge and tell him something. Steele had to push what it was about even after judge told him it wasn’t anything to do with the jury it was to do with the court. If Steele hadn’t of kept pushing noone would have been the wiser. And it wouldn’t be all over media. Steele wanted it put on record.
And the victim impact query was when jury came back.

Are y’all seriously in these comments going at the prosecution and victim about his testimony? As far as he knows he is there for justice. The people involved were prosecuted and they provide deals to MOST people who commits crimes. This man had nothing to do with the Citgo situation (as far as his testimony stated) and his head was blown off. This was street violence and based on his testimony he was an innocent bystander. This wasn’t a waste. It showed how stupid and reckless YSL the gang was at this time. Do I think Thug or any of the defendants were apart of this exact act? No. But it shows that YSL was a danger to the community in this act. Let’s be realistic about the situation no matter how much we all enjoy YSL the label.

I'm Civil Rights Community activist Ricky Jason the Protege of the late Dick Gregory I'm watching what the State trying to railroad this innocent man.
So the state is trying to say or build this case of guys that snitched that all the crimes that they done was for YSL Young Thug they had to do it, or Young Thug made them. In this case they have cases, pictures and even got cops other people come into to court to speak about crimes that was done by people that either snitch got a deal now out or whoever the other cats are out in the world majority of these cases the state speaking on is not about anyone who sitting in this trial it feels like they are having side mini trials of the ones who took deals. My question is the judge is supposed to come in being blind not taking one side or the other so when they brought pictures of crime scenes that other guys done, did time for, got deals why would this judge allow it to even come in if pictures, cases has nothing to do with anyone sitting in this trial or the judge came in already knowing the plan he has to follow and go along with and how is that fair to these guys to be judge by a crime that another person done who not in trial AND already been charged, did time ect how in the world can this be a fair trial to these young men.
