So glad the judge finally put Love in her place. She just keeps going & she's got no respect for the court, period. Throws a tantrum bc she didn't get her own way, how pathetic. Hoping that the judge keeps her in line from now on. State are the 1s trying to sneak evidence in or adjusting it to their needs. State also thinks they can take as much time as they want on this trial. If that was allowed, no trial would end. Love has obviously had her way for way to long & the judge needs to stop allowing her to get away with it.

She’s making the Appeal, easy
The judge keeps slipping up and saying things like, "Do we have?" I guess he is a part of the prosecution since he says "we." He is such a dip sh*t. He has almost single handedly guaranteed a successful appeal if necessary.

These attorneys think they are that talented that they can just waltz into a courtroom on the day of a trial and turn in their evidence. There’s a lot of things wrong with that first of all lazy, lazy lazy. Second of all the other side of the aisle needs to read, and, do their discovery. Not fair to them.

She can't revoke him. There is no way to prove when and if he lied about being high. He was not drug tested. He was consistent with 95% of what he said during those dumb ass interviews. The other 5% doesn't make or break the case.
@katiematthews9278 if she able to impeach him then all his testimony will be striped from records which is just like he didn't testify at all, at that time she going to revoke his plea agreement and send him back to jail, love is petty like that and she eluded to the fact when judge asked her she started stuttering

What does love think she's gonna prove? It is impossible for her or anyone else to prove DK lied about being on drugs. He could've been on drugs at the time of the interview and said no, he wasn't. So what? Still can't prove he was or wasn't. Only he and God knows the answer to that. Anyway, that does not take away the fact that he did NOT incriminate his childhood friend.
I think I would ask better questions than the entire state did this whole intire trial the states questions are what my 5 year old grandson would ask, what a waste of law school always dumb questions and all reading the law out of a book , wow

The only case I ever watched a Judge reverse a ruling over and over. Make a ruling and move on! Let’s get control in this room. We can clearly see who running this court. Where innocent until proven guilty at ? I guess it’s different in this state when you play favorites. I think it’s super sad to see what’s happening here. Usually the defense just up against the state. Jmo. Ps especially coming in for 4 hours state arguing for 3. Make it make sense. More days off than in this trial. JMO
love is telling the judge what to say. The two of them need to be fired immediately. When this is shown to higher courts there will be consequences for both of them. He is actually at a loss of words and love supplied them for him. Bias!

They should start at 8am. All I’ve seen is getting there at 9:30. With the start time at 10am. Which is crazy! Then he has a comfort break an hour or less in and then he has lunch. And then it’s another break. And then some problems and then a break. And then go home. It’s so ridiculous how this time is being spent and all the breaks. I’ve never seen so many problems and breaks in my life. Holy cow. He keeps bringing up working on the weekend. Uhhh 🙄 why not just go in earlier everyday instead of close to noon?!? He’s directing everything towards the defense when it’s mainly the states fault. Ridiculous

The judge is a hothead and should not have thrown out the evidence earlier, he seemed to walk that ruling back. This actually is a great lesson in how evidence is hashed out and used in trials. I must say it kind of gives a jury a piece of the story and not the whole story. I understand some things are not relevant or could be prejudicial but it's still a smaller view.
That man attorney makes my skin crawl. He looks just like love. They both are so unlikable. Maybe that's one of the reasons love is so evil.
I HAD to watch this again, even tho I watched it live. (No doubt he'll back off from holding the state accountable as usual). I TOTALLY enjoy him finally holding her feet to the fire!!

What kind of kindergarten prosecution team says oh since this witness who has been cooperating didn’t say EXACTLY VERBATIM what he said almost 10yrs ago we’ll impeach him instead… they know this guy has turned his life around he’s no longer in the streets he served his time… now they want to waste more time by playing a snippet here and there where he’s supposedly inconsistent in his testimony????? The male attorneys have turned this into a boys club. They don't even care if they're seen snickering, giggling and bullying. But the 5, including Mrs. Love are disrespectful to the judge. They need to do better, be better.
Lol..DA was frustrated because the defense waited until the NIGHT BEFORE to file a motion for something the DA told them 2 weeks ago they were going to use...and something they've had for nearly TWO YEARS...and the Judge excluded their evidence they PROPERLY presented....lol....the defense has done this over and over...while people who arent paying attention keep saying the DA is introducing new evidence....the defense is doing this on PURPOSE because they know the Judge immediately gets mad and doesnt LISTEN...lol. Great Chess Move though
