There may be Euro models Australia doesn't get, however its highly unusually for manufactures to change a product for just one Euro country and not the rest. I work with engineers all over the world, we work in facts, so I can only tell you what I know to be fact. Hearing something does not make it true. If the ECU is correctly matched by part number then you're on the money.

@@Dynobike1992 In Europe, the MT-07 is sold with 75 HP, you can get over 90 with this basic mods and some electronic mod to the power tables
Keyser Sose could you provide a link or something where I can read about this? I live in the United States and I bought mine here so I believe it’s 74-75 hp stock so I’d like to see how I can get that 90hp
Update: purchased a fz07, installed full akrapovic exhaust and DNA air filter then tuned it. 70hp to the back wheel and 55 ft lbs of torque
@@EdMorph same man. What mods i gotta do to get 90hp?
do they all come like this??
I'm always shocked by how restricted Australia is
This restriction of for those that have never ridden a motorbike on the road before. If you want restrictions look at the UK
@MrBCRC Damn that sucks. Tell the lawmakers to give freedom a try. Cheers from the free state of Arizona😎
Yeah being in the monarch we inherited the granny governance. At least the yanks cut ties. Said no we will say antartica different and not impede on civil liberties as much.
ma queste modifiche vanno bene anche per la full power?
is this the A2 restrictions discussed in the video?
its the Australian version of A2 restriction
@@HFlo_09 so not the european then? what difference is there between the two?
@@lucasvanhamburg4937 australia lams restricted has less cc. my euro 3 is restriced only by throttle. Euro 4 needs 2 different restrictions for mt 07 its software and airbox restriction (depending on manufacturer)
@@HFlo_09 thank you for the reply
is this the same on the 2022 tracer 700??
Hi, i got a EU 2014 MT 07 A2 version. Does my bike have the airbox restrictors aswell? I already removed the snorkel and that throttle stop plate. Great video BTW!!
If you have the Lams version then yes they all the same restrictions
@@davidedgecombe1772 Even in europe?
@@mattisdecat7876 Yes its the same bike
I don't think this is correct, research further into ECU restriction for euro mt07. depending on year I heard newer models are not only throttle plate and t body intake, but also restricted ecu fuel maps on top. consider seriously buying power commander/f tech ecu/dobeck ejk, or get dumped tuned same time.
cheaper than rebuild after leaning out.
@@3lDBLASPHEMY Not sure exactly what you are talking about here. The safe bet is always get a tune that matches your modifications from a company that's done all the research. Australia gets the same models Europe gets, I'm not guessing, its a fact nor did I "hear it somewhere".
CAN WE GET PARTS LIST PLEASE!
Ok so if you buy an mt 07 (A2) restricted you can remove the parts and get full effect like (A) license??
you still have to flash the ECU, but yes all 55kw of madness
Super! Well explained!
Does it need to go on the dyno?
What stages would you recommend if I wanted to revert it back to lams?
Cheers
@@damianraica1971 no Dyno required.
Awesome!!! What brand are the air pipes?
Genuine Yamaha HO model intakes
i try the airbox mod and it feels like i lose torqeu down low when i put the snorkel back it has more torqeu i did not tune it but i know the f1 mercedes engine has inlet tubes that can get longer and shorter for more torqeu so it feels like with the big opening its not filling the cylinder as well this can be deu to air speed that with the the tube the airspeed is higer
I've tuned 100's of these lams versions and not one has less power anywhere. However if you don't do a full derestrict which in this case includes tuning it to match then you may well experience less low down power. Do it once , do it right.
why are these restricted and is that true in all countries etc?
