@@danizm4165 on UA-cam, look up Vincenzo's Plate. He makes one that is perfect. You can use cream cheese for a lighter version than the mascarpone cheese, but even with cream cheese it's my wife's favorite pasta dish.
It looked good enough to eat, however this is a good example of merely combining ingredients, rather than actually cooking the ingredients properly for a better result. With this dish you can’t cook everything all at once one on top of the next. Watch the sip and feast video to see how to cook this dish, and do the mushrooms in batches for an even better result.
Agree. I always do the mushrooms first and set aside (no onion). I then do the sausage making sure to brown it a bit, then deglaze with white wine. Also, no cream. The cream is made with Pecorino Romano, some pasta water, and couple tablespoons of mascarpone cheese (or even cream cheese for a lighter dish).
That was sausage meat, not sausages
Don't put cream in the pasta
Use some mascarpone 😉
