I purchased and downloaded. I did the Baseball one. Had to do some modifications to get it to work with Lightburn and on my Roly Lasermatic 20 Watt. Turned out great. Cant wait to show my client. Seems you can do the pass through of sizes 6mm or thinner. The back right side there is a switch that you push over a piece of aluminum to set the switch to allow you to use the pass through or the rotary tools.

When looking at the players outline, I'm a little confused as to what the 2 thick black lines are by his right forearm. Is that supposed to be the football? Also, you said the colors of the sign would depend on the school's colors. Example school (I know these colors): University of Florida, Gators (orange & blue) how would that look. Would the player silhouette still be black? Where do you incorporate the school colors. Thanks
I guess the algorithm picked up on the fact that I just bought a 40w c02 lol. Very cool vid. Although, I think I'm more interested in the guy doing insane etsy volume...
to make it outdoor quality you can cut it out of acrylic which is waterproof and UV resistant. At the least use outdoor paint and coat all sides and edges. but the wood may still warp.
The guy is smoking crack. A football player silhouette is nothing out of this world, you can find plenty of free ones on websites like Freepik, Vecteezy, etc.

Files can be scaled to what ever size you want, but the laser bed is the limiting factor. So what ever the size of the laser bed is that will be the largest size it can be made. One could make them in mupitable parts and attach them also, but that would be a pain and might not look seamless.

If you're using wood glue, add a bit of salt and the layers will move less
