Love your videos man, lots of useful information. What water pump is that? Mounting the accessories right to the water pump seems super convenient and compact

Great video, but that hose is a problem in the making, its gonna stress the radiator side. Have a backup plan for it.

Plant your foot on the accelerator and your engine is going to MOVE. You need FLEXIBLE hose to take up the movement.

Possible thing maybe, try a rotatable thermostat housing, turn it down a little (6'oclock) and if available push the radiator forward away from the engine. Both should give ya enough room to use a little more line,
Price: differant fitting and a new thermostat housing.

I did a similar setup on my truck (an radiator to weld on fittings similar locations) I did a simple loop. Comes off the lower hose loops upwards and into the water pump. It’s added length of hose which I dunno if you have but it would solve your issue.

make a loop. straight fitting out of the radiator. isn't the motor going to torque up and move.

Welding problem is because of the casting material - have seen a professional fabricator detailing this problem - and it is difficult to deal with.

That isn't going to work it will cracks most likely and by you having to loosen this or loosen that it defeats the purpose
