Hi Marion. I bought a iphone 15 hk variant but the apple care and warranty is in the about tab of the general settings but named as coverage is it the same as yours?
My Iphone 15PM (hong kong variant) is totally shattered (back and front, but it turns on and can be used), I have Apple Care+ so I thought it would be easy to replace but I went to powermac in powerplant and they said they didn't accept Apple Care+ that i had to go to an official Apple Store, you mentioned switch in your video, I will try that service center to see if I have a different response
We don't have Apple Care+ for iPhones in the PH, so I don't think they can honor it. They can, however, perform regular service center services on your hk variant.
